in my version of tsp, the narrator was so exhausted after struggling to create stanley that he just brought in empty humans from other universes to act as the co-workers. timekeeper was tasked with keeping an eye on this universe, and so they decided to possess one of these bodies, which happened to be 432.
originally, 432 had straight dark hair, tan skin, and a blue suit, however as timekeeper slowly infected their body, their hair became wavy, they gained vitiligo, and every item of clothing they try to wear loses all saturation.
at the start, tk and 432 were separate entities in the same body, however they spent so long linked together that their minds have severely affected each other's and now if anything manages to separate them, they can both die. They also merged personalities, giving both a combination of paranoid seriousness and silly unprofessionalism. They can change form at will, from 432 to timekeeper. Right now, both of them consider themselves to be both entities, and accept the situation that they have.
