Eurus saw the Titanomachy and probably was part of it (because he is a young for a titan). He saw the Gigantomachy. The Narcissus thing. Itil being murdered by his own murder. Otrera's death. Theseus stealing the biggest treasure of the Amazons. The Troy in which many of the Amazons died. The fall of Petra and the death of his people. This dude surely has a lot of trauma.

The goddesses didn't fight in titanomachy. As far as I know. It was only the gods so no Hestia didn't fight against her father.

It is implied the fact that they participated in it as well, but Hesiod chose to focus only on The Big Three and the weapons made by the cyclops for them.
