I have autism, side effects from a TBI, and tons of mental and emotional disorders- and I wish there were more people like this. I never asked to be this way, I’m not trying to inconvenience you with my problems. Honest. Just please have some empathy.

I’m not intersex and I’m not deaf and I don’t have a TBI or a learning disability or schizophrenia but I still care very deeply about issues that affect these people because nobody deserves othering and social ostracization just for being born and being alive and having a body or neurology that is different from others

i wanna say fuck you to anyone who shame disabled, chronically ill & neurodivergent people, especially homebound folks, for "spending too much time on their phone/on the internet/etc." when it's the only (Somewhat) accessible way for them to experience the world. many people don't get to get out much even if they want to because of their disabilities. shaming someone for trying to connect with the world, make friends and engage with hobbies in ways that are accessible to them is beyond cruel and unnecessary
