Well, looking at the specs of each locomotive, i think Blue Peter has a significant advantage over Braunton by Tractive Effort alone.
See, according to Wikipedia, Blue Peter has a tractive effort of 40,430 lbf, or 179.84 kN. Brauntons tractive effort was 31,046 lbf(138.10 kN) and later Went DOWN quite a bit to 27,719 lbf(123.30 kN). Blue Peter is also a fair bit heavier than Braunton is, 102.6 tons(101 long tons) vs 92.6 tons(91.16 long tons) so id imagine Blue Peters attacks would pack more of a punch.
Overall, if Braunton wanted to beat Blue Peter in a fight, id imagine he'd have to get creative, because Blue Peter has a significant strength advantage, but i dont think its out of the question for Braunton to secure a win. Its just going to be harder, since Blue Peter is bigger and stronger.

Mallard definitely stole my heart, not gonna lie, but i feel like Scot would be nicer to me in the long run. Also those glasses, ouughhh.. A look like the second one at the top from Scotsman and i would absolutely m e l t.

You have an entire afternoon (5 hour shift at the museum) and Olivia gives you a choice.
You can't get out of it and you're stuck until someone picks you up from the museum. If you don't do either you'll incur the wrath of Olivia Gresley which I do not reccomend.
