So... I just finished watching the last ep of Little Women and OH MY GOD WHAT A RIDE. I really liked the ending. The sisters just focusing on themselves and what they want without having to worry about the family or some deranged rich lady. And i really liked that they all promised to meet some day on some part of the planet away from their poverty and problems and issues when they've all had the opportunity to grow into their own selves. The whole show they've worried about each other and struggled to make ends meet for the happiness of each other. It's time each sister got some space for herself and explore their own world until they're ready to be happy together.
(And I just KNOW Do Il will show up in front of In Joo and they'll live happily every after in their cute little apartment being totally in love with each other.)
Jin Hwa Young may be hot, but I prefer dead honestly. The whole plot in the beginning hinged on her death and the mysteries of her life. I did not enjoy her resurrection. In Joo reminiscing about Hwa Young and recounting their relationship felt so much more romantic and nostalgic to me and it all fizzled away when we learnt that she was alive. The mystery of why she has left the money for In Joo or why she was going after Sang A or what her role was in Jongran society was so much more gripping when she was "dead". And it really showed that the Oh sisters were in some serious danger to engage with the Won family because no one who crossed them got away alive. It was messed up that Jwa Young hid concrete evidence against Won Sang A for so long and that she manipulated a suicidal person for her own revenge.
And the "revenge" wasn't very convincing to me either. I didn't feel like Hwa Young's motives were strong enough. I thought she had years of damming evidence against Sang A or she she has built up her resentment for a while before her mother's funeral incident was her breaking point. Anyway to conclude, her story line was better when she was dead. (But i still love the show.)

I have just one word to describe this show: rollercoaster.
I didn't really know much about the show before watching, just that it was about 3 sisters and what the trailer eventually gave away.
I can't say much without giving away spoilers so I will just say:
1. Don't try to figure out what's going to happen next, it's impossible.
2. Don't trust anyone, no one is as they appear.
3. Make sure to watch this when you have plenty of time. This is a binge-in-a-day show, not a watch-while-you-eat show. The way each episode ends will have you immediately selecting next episode.
Obviously I am recommending this show, it is SOOOOO good! And Kim Go-eun was incredible 🤯
