I have a question about Mason's carousel scene. My first two plays my detective had been bitten on the neck so when he kissed her there I didn't really pay attention to the fact that he was kissing her scar, I thought it was just an incidental mention. This third time she was bitten on the wrist and Mason kissed her there instead. Is he trying to offer her comfort and/or replace bad memories with good ones? Just curious. Also, this is my favorite scene, it is beautifully written.
Oh, I am so tempted to answer this but spoilers....and I have given away quite a few more in-depth stuff about M recently...
