Devil in Disguise...but not.
Octavinelle x Lucifer Morningstar type!Reader (From the show Lucifer)
This is just a small drabble on how I think Octavinelle would act around an MC who is basically Lucifer! They own hell, blunt, horrendously honest, quite literally the devil- an attractive one at that and they have an odd fear of innocent children who give them hugs and shower them with love. ~Part 1

"I am the devil," you stated matter of factly, hands in your pockets and leaned against the wall with no care in the world as the mermen before you stared in confusion.
"'The devil', is that a stage name?" Azul tilted his head slightly, "No..." you smiled, your signature charismatic devilish smile while glancing over at the tweels to see what they had to say.
Jade simply nodded while Floyd laughed, your smile dropped a bit, "The devil. Lucifer Morningstar? Ruler of Hell? Anyone?"
"Aw, Shrimpy! I don't think you're that evil~" Floyd cooed and hugged you tightly as you froze due to the rare experience of
touch...
affection.
"Okay, okay....uh...go fetch-" you threw some candy while Floyd blinked, still holding onto you. Jade chuckled lightly, "Well, Lucifer. Have you seen the devil?"
"Oh yes, every morning in the mirror."
Time went on and no one believed you were the devil, they just couldn't get it through their thick skulls....
until one day....

"Oh hell, my brother is coming and every time I pray to my father I get NO reply, such a shame isn't it," You pace around Octavinelle with you demonic wings following behind you...well, they were on your back, so...They gracefully fluttered and flapped aggressively whilst you continued your complaints and reprimands against your family.
The dorm members stared at you quietly, most in shock. "Well, they DID tell us they were the devil," Jade smiled, Floyd following you to poke and grab at your wings while Azul plotted ways to profit off of your identity.
I'm kidding.

Devil in Disguise...but not.
Part 2 of part 1 !
You stared at the child hugging you waist, you were tense, and frankly; horrified.
"Um...hello there..." you lightly pushed the child away from you in pure disgust.
"Hi!" The child wagged his tail in interest as the Tweels and their God forsaken boss waltzed in, "Ah, Cheka, fancy seeing you here," Jade gave his signature smile to the cub.
"Lucifer, this is Leona's nephew," Azul stared at you, he knows of your hatred for affection and touch, so he wonders how you act around Cheka: Who is known for being extremely affectionate and very adorable.
"The failed king? This...is his nephew?" you flicked your hand toward Cheka in distaste, "Yep! This is the little snapper!" Floyd rushed around you happily.
Cheka smiled up at you, "Your name is Lucifer? Like...the devil?' you smiled, a smile filled with pure evil, "Why of course! I am the devil, that is I. Lucifer Morningstar~"
"That's so cool!"
Silence filled the room as you stared at this tiny being in complete confusion, then you pouted and turned away from Cheka.
Shaking your head whilst walking away, you mumbled, "Children are hideous little creatures, terrible, taxing burdens,"
Azul followed you because by no means should you be saying that especially in front of a child, Cheka just tilted his head while the Tweels were chuckling behind him.
Now they slightly see how much you hate children and the concept of them.
Hugging them for the first time pt3
Octavinelle & Scarabia ( Azul, Jade, Floyd, Kalim, and Jamil)
Y/n has been at NRC for a while and she's never hugged anyone (besides grim) until today. Y/n took in a deep breath before walking out the door of the ramshackle dorm with grim on her shoulder. {some are shorter than others}
Azul Ashengrotto: Hug him and he’ll melt into your arms and might start crying so pls do it behind closed doors. Y/n was waiting in Azul’s office for the deal maker, soon enough the door of the office opened “Y/n its good to see you! What brings you to my office today?” Azul asked, walking in before closing the door. Azul trusted y/n enough that he didn’t need to have the tweels in the room with them. Once Azul was close enough y/n hugged him and Azul basically collapsed into her arms y/n felt something wet landed on her shoulder. Azul felt bad he was crying on y/n's shoulder but the hug was nice and well needed. “What do you want in return?” Azul asked as he pulled away from her expecting she wanted something in return “Nothing i just wanted to give you a hug” y/n said with a huff crossing her arms before she walked out of the office waving bye to azul making him shake his head and smile. He did really like the hug though now he’s thinking about what to give y/n in return.
Jade Leech: Hug and run! y/n saw Jade washing dishes in the kitchen, so y/n thought it would be fun so just surprise hug him and that’s what she did. She quietly walked up behind the eel and wrapped her arms around him making him stop moving and with that y/n quickly let go and ran out of the kitchen. Jade watched y/n run out of the kitchen she surprised him, the jade leech he was impressed. He will get Y/n back, that's a promise.
Floyd Leech: This can go two ways depending on his mood if he's in a bad mood he’ll probably grunt as y/n hugs him before patting her head before wanting to be let go but will come running for a hug later or if he’s in a good mood y/n isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, his shrimpy hugged him for the first time this eel is excited now he’s going to hold you until he’s bored. As y/n ran out of the kitchen she saw Floyd looking down, she knew the two ways this would end but she still wanted to hug him. Y/n walked up to him “hi floyd you alright?” y/n asked Floyd quickly looked down at her “hi shrimpy just a bad day” he huffed “do you want a shrimpy hug?” y/n asked expecting him to say no but he lit up like a firework before picking her up and spinning her around “oh shrimpy!!!” Floyd happily yelled y/n just laughed as she hugged him. Everyone in the mostro lounge was thankful for y/n because now floyd was in a better mood. Y/n got ALOT of free food to take home that day.
Kalim Al-Asim: Just hold your arms out when you see him he’ll come running. Y/n was walking through the halls when she saw Kalim and Jamil “Y/n!” Kalim yelled waving at her with a big smile making y/n smile back at him and she opened her arms Jamil looked shocked and Kalim looked excited before he started running towards her very excitedly. He ran full force into her arm laughing the entire time. Once they pulled away from each other y/n saw Jamil had walked over to them.
Jamil Viper: Before Jamil could say anything y/n hugged him as well making him freeze before he hugged her back. Y/n did hug him a second longer than she hugged Kalim so Jamil was really happy and petty about the hug.

Azul first time being human and experiencing a Flushed face headcanons.
So I’ve recently learned that Octopus Bleed blue when their blood is oxygenated while their blood is clear when it’s not…
so I’ve decided to fill my little wish of a story about it :3

I’m gonna start this off by saying this all starts in his first PE class as humans with the twins
They were running laps, trying to build up endurance (how that helped with casting spells Azul could not begin to imagine)
It was gruelling and his legs felt like mucus, his throat was so dry and — why is it suddenly so hot!? It’s the middle of autumn!
When it’s all over the class separates into their little groups as Vargas starts preaching on about eggs or something or the similar sort, Azul could care less right now.
It was actually Floyd who Pointed it out
He was nonchalant about it too, simply asking -
“Dude….are you dying?”
That caught his attention, a confused “what are you on about?” was his answer
It caught Jade’s attention aswell, turning around he lets out a quiet, surprised gasp before saying -
“I wasn’t aware that when you said you could not run, that you meant…….this.”
“What are you t-talking about” Azul wheezed out
Floyd side eyes jade before he unlocks his phone and hands it to Azul with the camera app opened
As the scene pans to the rest of the class
their silence is interrupted by a shrill scream
one that sounded a little to much like a murder was just committed
This was my first time writing headcanon-ish type things
and my first time writing for the Twst characters so I apologise for their probable mischaracterisation
I love how in Ortho's pe vignette he tells the tweels that Idia said walking is lame and the tweels decided to take it personally.
Idia: "Walking is overrated."

Tho are they really intrusive thoughts if the man enjoys them
Jade: All I want is to hear those three little words.
Floyd: I love you.
Jade: Very sweet but try again.
Floyd:
Floyd: I will behave.
Jade: Good.
