The cookie run obsession has officially gone to the point of no return (he has 2 different versions because I wanted to have separate things for Ovenbreak and Kingdom)

The basic premise for his backstory is that the witch that made the batch he came from ended up accidentally using some vanilla soda that had been shaken up before being opened, so now he's full of way more energy than he'd like to be (literally the only thing keeping him as calm as he is is the vanilla in the soda used to make him)
