Opening a quick ask game cause I'm a little bored :/
Give me your MBTI, Enneagram (at least one of them) and your moon and rising sign (vedic is better). And I'll give you a Kpop Idol, Actor or Kdrama character I think you are (a description if I can but it'll mostly be very short).
Note: I am no expert and I'm just doing this for fun🧍

Does Your Nakshatra Predict How Popular You Will Be?
TW: This post discuses few sensitive topics associated with death, negative scandals, body image issues, etc. If you feel uncomfortable with such topics, please do not read further. I also do not support or condemn anything, as through this post I am merely reporting my observations.
For this post, I collected the Sun and Moon (excluded Lagna as most idols did not have confirmed birth time) for 49 female idols who made it into the list of "The Most Popular Kpop Female Idols (From 2009-2023)"
The link to the video from which I collected my sample is here.
Note:
This is purely for entertainment.
My aim is to not predict but to purely observe.
The video was purely about popular idols, so please note that idols can be popular both favourably and unfavourably.
As mentioned earlier, most birth times were not confirmed and therefore some signs may be quite off.
I am not an expert so my explanations will remain minimal, if any of you are more knowledgeable, please drop in your opinions as well.
First, for the the Sun Sign.

The Top 3 listed Sun Signs among the most famous female kpop idols included:
Uttara Bhadrapada (12.2%)
Dhanishta (10.2%)
Rohini (6.1%)
For Uttara Bhadrapada,
These women were mostly known for projecting a very strong yet attractive aura around them. Interestingly, these idols were also mostly famous for quite a few negative incidents such as death/hate (Sulli), drug scandals (Park Bom), reporting of bad behaviour (Irene) and mental health issues (Mina). Although not all, most of these women fitted the trope of "love to hate" with the most significant examples being Lisa and Irene. However, their popularity and fan base is extremely vast and most of these idols were appreciated for their immense hard work. Their perfectionistic tendencies are not hidden to the public, for instance Lisa in Youth with You and Irene's scandal that supposedly arose due to her excessively perfectionistic behaviour. Nevertheless, these women are greatly appreciated for their ability to bounce back from hate and the consistent quality and the passion they display for their work. These women are also usually at the very top of their respective positions. For their looks, they usually have a very cold yet attractive face paired with a touch of cuteness especially through their lip shapes.

For Dhanishta,
These women were mostly known for their unique visuals, calm yet cool voice and are interestingly very skilled dancers. Unlike, the Uttara Bhadrapada women, these women had a more approachable energy and were usually liked for their adorable or charming personalities. They are also more easily liked and favoured by the general audience. They are also usually termed as idols having a more natural beauty (Sooyoung) with beautiful bone structures and supermodel-like bodies giving them an additional classy looks (Naeun). Most of these women either are (Rose) or look tall and have a strong social media presence (Seulgi) which is received very favourably by most of their fans due to its aesthetics and trendy image. Contrastingly, these women greatly respect their privacy and do not share much information regarding their private lives. As mentioned earlier, each of these women have very distinct personalities, and even more than their looks, their fans appreciate their personality which appears genuine, charming and innocent.

For Rohini,
These women are possibly the most diverse in terms of personality with their most prominent common factor being popularity. These women particularly had longer careers compared to other women (Yoona, Hyuna, Ailee). Interestingly, they were also the most likely to either seperate from their groups or naturally purse influential solo careers. Contrary to Dhanshita women, the lives and emotions of these women are more open to the public but this is usually after they have passed a certain event. Both Hyuna and Ailee have been very open about their body issues and how they both had to undergo strict diets in order to fit the image their company and fans wanted. They also report how others might have liked it but they personally did not, highlighting their sacrificial nature and the immense pressure these women face to meet standards and live up to a certain ideal. This could also be attributed to their general body type of being quite broad and having more curves, which went against the beauty standards of its time. On the positive side, these women are greatly admired for their everlasting ethereal looks and natural cuteness. Their personalities are usually quite friendly and also seem to be extremely charming. These women truly shine, making them some of the most entertaining and famous members of their group (Dahyun).

Finally for the Moon Signs,

The Top 3 listed Moon Signs among the most famous female kpop idols included:
Uttara Bhadrapada (8.1%)
Magha (8.1%)
Hasta (8.1%)
For Uttara Bhadrapada,
Sharing many similarities with the Sun in Uttara Bhadrapada women, these women are also strikingly popular and most fall in to the "love to hate" trope. However, the love these women receive from their fans seems to be much greater and they do not have as much as of a negative reaction in comparison either. However, they also have this theme of undergoing several backlashes from the public (Taeyeon & Minzy). They also seem to be the victim of several issues with anxiety in their early years which later transforms to a more composed, evolved and refined image in their later years. However, no matter what stage in their career, people truly do not hold back when attacking these individuals. Interestingly, 2 out 4 of these women were the leaders of their respective groups as well (Taeyeon & Victoria; both SM too). Possibly due to the negative experiences they faced in their earlier years, they tend to take very good care of their juniors and have a very "elder sister" vibe to them (Ailee & Taeyeon). Their visuals have a very "alien" vibe to it with most of them being called such as well.

For Magha,
These women, first and foremost, had extremely striking features with their visuals always remaining an extremely strong topic and a huge contributor to their fame. They are consistent and disciplined in their works enabling these women to succeed in a variety of industries (Sooyoung, Yoona). They are especially known for their particular and even peculiar routines that they enjoy following (lazy stretching in the morning, Sooyoung; eating cereal before bed, Yoona). Surprisingly, these women are also a huge fan of darker hair colours and some even strongly dislike lighter hair colour on them (Nayeon). They are also extremely famous for their witty and honest sense of humour (Chaewon). Their genuineness and ability to entertain a large audience by just being themselves is extremely admired (Nayeon). Although these women do not take the spotlight consistently, they are always able to make a good comeback and rebrand themselves in ways they wish, truly displaying a transformative and versatile nature. They usually have small features and are able to fit a variety of styles and concepts.

For Hasta,
Interestingly most of these women are very good dancers and some of them are especially known for their ability to free style (Chungha). Unfortunately most of the fame received by these individuals is in a negative fashion as well with some being plastic surgery rumours (Chungha, Namjoo). They also receive a considerable amount of criticism for their personality especially with a lot of hate branding them as "fake" for supposedly trying to put on a show (Yeri). These women are also generally quiet and have a calm presence. However, they are also known for being quite blunt and honest when provoked. They usually brand themselves as logical, straight forward and rational most of the time. These women are usually seen taking breaks and time-off from the public due to the hate they receive (Mina). Much of this hate turns these women to become more quiet and distanced which is very much in comparison to their relatively vibrant and outshining nature in their early years. Their appearance usually consists of a small face/features and are usually short in height as well. They usually have a lot of younger and female audience as well.

Thank you for reading so far, please share your observations and feedback, if you have any as well. Will return with more observations💕
Jupiter & Notoriety: Vedic Astrology Analysis
Jupiter nakshatras being ruled by the largest planet contains a reservoir of energy, this sort of natural internal abundance translates into magnetism and make them easy targets. They are easy for people to project on to and due to the expansiveness of Jupiter, its hard for others to comprehend the full depth of their being; therefore, they are easily misunderstood. Due to the difficulty of truly understanding these natives, they carry themselves with an air of enigma and mystery and this makes them intriguing public figures who captivate the interest of the public for a long time.
We must ask ourselves what makes someone a star? Popularity may come and go, and several popular idols have their moments but some people just radiate a star quality and aura. Their fame seems consistent, they are ALWAYS talked about. The long staying nature of their fame has another side, these women also receive immense hate and are often subject to public vilification. Their fame is always warped around controversy. There is a fine line between fame & infamy and these natives seem to walk on it.
More than any other planetary rulership, Jupiter women always seem to trigger people in ways that seem almost incomprehensible. But love them or hate them, they are always winning.
I have noticed an interesting pattern with female Kpop idols so we will begin the first part of our analysis in the context of Kpop
Being an idol in SK is far from easy and if you look at the most successful/popular idols, they have all had their fair share of controversies. They are constantly talked about, written about and often have the most batshit rumours spread about them. K-pop idols who are considered "it girls" are known for their "Ice Maiden" looks OR attitude (sometimes both) and most of them have gotten into trouble for it.
By the very nature of the K-pop industry that thrives on secrecy & restrictions, it comes as no surprise that the women who make it to the very top are Jupiter natives. Jupiter cannot be restricted, cannot be tied down and cannot be hidden. In an industry where nothing about the private lives of idols are known, these women gain attention for whatever little is revealed about them. They are subject to constant speculation & scrutiny. The mystery of Jupiter makes them endlessly intriguing. They are the subject of all kinds of controversies & discussions & rumours. But one thing about Jupiter is that, it WILL survive and THRIVE. It makes the native indestructible. The kind of experiences they have could scald and extinguish another person entirely but NOT them. They emerge from it as victors.
Disclaimer (bc someone will most definitely come for me): I'm going to mention idols who have had a significant impact on Korean pop culture and are most commonly referred to as "it-girls".
The idols most commonly considered "it-girls" are, Suzy, Jennie & Wonyoung for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th generations respectively.
Suzy

Hasta sun, Mula moon with Vishaka stellium (venus, jupiter & rahu)
she has venus in vishaka atmakaraka and jupiter in vishaka amatyakaraka
Jennie

Jennie is Uttarashada sun & mercury with Vishaka moon and Ketu in Revati
She has saturn in purva bhadrapada as her atmakaraka and mars in shravana as her amatyakaraka
Wonyoung

Magha sun, Purvabhadrapada moon, Punarvasu venus & saturn (her amatyakaraka) Jupiter in Uttaraphalguni atmakaraka
Ketu in Swati
The 3 biggest female idols of their era all have heavy Jupiter energy in their chart.
All of them have either their atmakaraka or their amatyakaraka in a Jupiter ruled nakshatra
2/3 of them have a Jupiter ruled nakshatra as their moon.
2/3 of them have more than one Jupiter ruled nakshatra in their big 6 (Suzy who doesn't, has a Vishaka stellium)
Suzy, Jennie & Wonyoung are the face of their respective era in kpop but are almost always embroiled in one scandal or another. Despite the vitriol, they remain immensely successful.
Its very common for Jupiter natives to come from either extreme of society; they either grow up poor or they grow up very wealthy. Both Jennie & Wonyoung come from very wealthy families whereas Suzy grew up financially struggling and had to work to support her family.
Other idols who are popular in SK
IU

IU has been in the industry for over 15years at this point and has achieved the kind of success that is rare for anybody, especially for a solo artist. But she has had faced scandals that would have put an end to anybody's career yet all these years later, she's still standing.
She has Krittika sun, Purvabhadrapada moon. Revati venus atmakaraka and Pushya mars amatyakaraka
Karina

Karina has also consistently been popular since her debut. She is a highly talked about idol. Not quite an it-girl yet but she's very popular without making much effort (looking at you SM)
She has Revati sun, Punarvasu moon
She has been controversial since even before she made her debut and she's always the centre of media attention and (sadly) vilification.

Now I'll talk about Jupiter women in other countries

Rekha is perhaps THE most iconic Indian actress and she is just as relevant now, as she was when she made her debut 50 years ago. She is a highly controversial and kind of polarising figure but she has had people on chokehold for half a centuy. She has Purvabhadrapada moon.
From her rumoured affair with the much married Amitabh Bacchan, her ex husband's suicide, her literally never giving interviews, Rekha has always been shrouded in mystery and continues to captivate people.

Katrina Kaif is one of the biggest stars in India. She is one of the most successful and definitely one of the most talked about actors in the country ever since her debut over 20 years ago. Several controversies have marred her career and she's perhaps become even more famous because of them; her relationships, Ibizagate, alleged affairs etc
She is a bit of a polarising figure but no one can deny that she's one of the icons. She has Punarvasu sun atmakaraka

Priyanka Chopra is another actress who has had a long career and her fair share of controversies both in India and Hollywood. Everything from her accent to her wedding and choice of partner has been picked apart and criticized, yet she's still as relevant now as she was when she first won Miss World as a teenager. She is a Punarvasu sun and her Punarvasu mercury is her atmakaraka.

Miley Cyrus is a very controversial yet perpetually relevant celebrity. She has Vishaka moon & mercury with Punarvasu mars

Katy Perry is another controversial popstar. She has Vishaka moon & saturn (her atmakaraka & amatyakaraka)

Beyonce has always had her fair share of controversies (Illuminati, anyone?) but no matter what, she IS Beyonce. She has Vishaka moon.

Lana Del Rey, yet another polarising and controversial public figure. She has a Vishaka stellium (her rising, saturn and ketu) its also her atmakaraka.

Having a Jupiter ruled nakshatra as your moon means experiencing Saturn mahadasha at a young age. This creates difficult life experiences and strong karmic lessons are learnt, however as KRS once said Saturn mahadasha is also the time when immense success can be achieved. Saturn is karma and Saturn is a disciplinarian. It punishes but rewards. The careers of many of these women seem to serve as testimony to the fact that success (bestowed by Saturn) can be a double edged sword, hurting the one wielding it.

“The beauty that mesmerises you”

Ashlesha Moon, Val Mercardo, Tatiana Silva & Luliana Doreftei
Ashlesha’s beauty often calls to mind of Marilyn Monroe(Ashlesha ASC). Seductive, Sharp & Witchy is the best way to describe Ashlesha’s beauty

Ashlesha Moon, Megan Fox & Ashlesha ASC, Marilyn Monroe
Very seductive lips which are full and glossy, small noses with their small- medium seductive eyes. If eyes could kill, Ashlesha’s eyes would. Mercury blesses it’s natives with thick lips and seductive eyes that when it mixes it creates a very witchy appearance.

Ashlesha Moon, Lana Del Rey
They often have full cheeks with well defined cheek bones/apples. To identify Ashlesha the big giveaway is definitely the eyes and the dark vibes these natives exude. I have wrote about Ashwini in Old Hollywood now i’ll talk about Ashlesha’s in Old Hollywood was very strong.
Ashlesha Natives, Marilyn Monroe & Lana Del Rey
Lana Del Rey is one of the most perfect Ashlesha representations out here, her songs exude Ashlesha and she leans in for more Old Hollywood aesthetics. In Old Hollywood it was required for you to have a certain allure and sexiness. Mercury rules the sacral chakra(our creative & sexual chakra) and sacral chakra is really important for creative energy. Sexual Energy Is Creative Energy. This is why artist like Van Gogh(Jyestha Moon)’s arts are so admired .

Ashlesha Moon, Margaux Hemingway, Charlize Theron & Gabrielle Union

Ashlesha Moon & ASC, Kirsten Dunst
Ashlesha has alot to do with female sexuality and for that check out claire nakti’s ashlesha video, it’s really informative and explores the snake like-cat like nature of ashlesha and purity & more

Snow White is connected to Ashlesha and you can even spot how much Snow White looks Ashlesha. Dark Red Lips, Skin as White as Snow, Dark Black Hair and Full Cheeks

Lily Collins(Ashlesha Moon) portrayed Snow White in Mirror Mirror
Snow White has a unstable relationship with her step mother same as how Rapunzal has a unstable relationship with mother Gothel. Mother issues carries out in Mercury ruled nakshatras. Either they have a really overbearing, overprotective mother or they don’t talk to their mothers at all(also dead mother & step mother)

Ashlesha Natives, Cat Power, Ayesha Erotica & Urvashi Rautela
They have a thing for bangs and darker shades with red lipsticks, pin up girls or straight up vampiric woman 🩸

Ashlesha Moon & ASC, Britt Ekland

Ashlesha Moon, Megan Fox
Pisces Influence On K-pop🦋🌌🧚🏼♀️
I have noticed that more often than not, the most popular K-pop groups tend to have a Pisces native as their most popular member.
I had previously talked about Jupiter influence on K-pop & K-entertainment in general and its apparent how there is a clear domination of Jupiter natives in Korean entertainment.
Pisces is ruled by Jupiter and this influence extends itself to the most popular idols within a majority of popular groups. By and large, in order to be more popular than other members in a group, a member will have to be an "ace", someone who is multi-talented; not just with their dancing or singing/rapping but also with their personality and charm; they have to be someone who is truly eye-catching.
Pisces rashi consists of 0-3 degrees Purvabhadrapada, 3-16 degrees Uttarabhadrapada, 16-29 degrees Revati.
With regard to how I determined who is "the most popular member" of each group, I picked ones who have the most number of followers on IG + who is generally and widely considered the most popular (in many cases the group itself is known as THEIR group)
The following list will include natives who have both Pisces influence and Jupiter influence since this seems to be what the Korean public gravitates towards.
BTS

Taehyung is the most popular member of the most popular Kpop group of all time.
He is Revati Moon conjunct Ketu in Revati
He is the fastest person in the world to hit 1, 10 and 60 million followers.
fun fact: the record for the fastest person to hit 1 million on ig was previously held by Angelina Jolie who is a fellow Revati Moon
He also has the highest IG engagement of any celebrity in the world, surpassing 15 million likes per post on average, which is more than Billie Eilish, Ronaldo, Ariana Grande or any other celeb with similarly massive followings.
BLACKPINK

Lisa is THE most followed K-pop idol in the world.
She has a UBP stellium with her sun, venus, saturn and ketu
Her amatyakaraka is her Mercury in Revati
Lisa might be the most popular member but Jennie is well, Jennie. She is a Vishaka Moon with Ketu in Revati
Le Sserafim

Sakura has a whole Pisces stellium
She has Sun & Mars in UBP
Her amatyakaraka is her Mercury in Revati
Her atmakaraka is her Saturn in Revati
She is 25 and has debuted under 4 different groups and has consistently been one of the most popular members.
SEVENTEEN

Mingyu also has a whole Pisces stellium
He has Sun, Venus (amatyakaraka) & Saturn in Revati
He has UBP Moon and Ketu
AESPA

Karina has Revati Sun, UBP Mercury and Venus
ASTRO

Cha Eunwoo has a whole Pisces stellium with UBP Sun, Venus, Saturn & Ketu
STRAY KIDS

Felix is UBP moon whereas Hyunjin is UBP sun
GIRL'S GENERATION

Taeyeon is UBP moon
RED VELVET

Joy has Venus & Mars in Punarvasu and she also has Saturn & Ketu in UBP

Irene is UBP sun
GOT7

Jackson Wang has UBP sun, with Venus in Revati (exalted) as his atmakaraka
Even if you know nothing about GOT7 or even K-pop, you know who Jackson Wang is.
NCT 127

SM has practically made Mark Lee debut under every single NCT subunit and he's probably the most overworked SM idol at the moment.
He is Revati Moon
NEW JEANS

Haerin has Mars in Punarvasu amatyakaraka, Venus in Revati (exalted) and Rahu in UBP
TWICE

Momo has Vishaka Sun conjunct Vishaka Mercury (atmakaraka) along with Saturn conjunct Ketu in UBP
Now I'll mention those popular group members who do not have Pisces influence but do have Jupiter influence.
MAMAMOO

Hwasa has Punarvasu Mercury conjunct Punarvasu Venus along with Purvabhadrapada Saturn
IVE

Wonyoung has Purvabhadrapada Moon, Venus & Saturn in Punarvasu
Its worth noting that several popular idols are born in 1996 or 1997 when Ketu was in Pisces, this already includes several idols on this list including Jennie, Lisa, Cha Eunwoo, Joy, Momo etc but it also extends to several other very popular idols like Jihyo, Rose, Jaehyun, Jungkook, Bang Chan, DK, Minnie, BamBam.
Many of the above mentioned idols are considered among the 10 most popular idols in Korea frequently.
Now most of these idols are known for their crazy, insane visuals, being charming and witty, many of these members are either MCs or actors as well, have many endorsements and most importantly, they have "duality" simultaneously being cute and hot. Their insane stage/screen presence, natural flair for performance and a certain "je ne sais quoi". Jupiter natives naturally draw attention to themselves because they tend to have a certain presence. But most importantly, Jupiter natives almost have an innate understanding of what works or what will garner attention or how to make a performance more captivating; they have deep intuition about these matters. Wonyoung has been accused several times of "acting for the camera" or "being fake". Since she's young she does not quite know how to make it less obvious but its veryyy Jupiterean to do that; to conduct oneself in a way that is most pleasing to other people. To be charming is a lot like being flirtatious; you're inviting others to pay attention to you and to see you. Charm is a HUGE part of idol life and naturally those idols who do well in variety shows tend to be more popular than others. Several idols mentioned in this post had major career breakthroughs from their appearances on variety shows. Jupiter's ability to cater to a large audience comes from Jupiter's expansiveness; most people would find it exhausting to be this way but this extends beyond people pleasing, for Jupiter natives, this is a way of life; they have the capacity to do what others expect from them and they have the ability to toy with these expectations.
Another important factor is that many of these idols are considered intimidating, have cold visuals and have fierce, regal, princely vibes to them. This is also a Jupiterean gift. They look very dignified and regal and possess a certain ✨aura✨
All in all, they have a unique and distinct presence that makes them highly sought after in the Korean entertainment sphere<333
Vedic astro minipost
Cow Yoni (Uttara Phalguni and Uttara Bhadrapada) trope
In my astro observations post, I said that their dynamic is enemies to lovers and I provided some examples. I'm gonna go further into that.
Not only does their love story involve a physical fight scene, but it also involves a dance, both being full of tension.
Uttara Phalguni is the second sun ruled nakshatra, beggining in Leo and most of it being in Virgo. It's mostly concerned with relationships and defining their identity through their relationships/popularity. People tend to naturally like them and they don't have to do anything, they're just likeable like that. Uttara Phalguni is the "star of patronage".
Uttara Bhadrapada is the last saturn ruled nakshatra, being opposite Uttara Phalguni and all of it being in the sign of Pisces. It's concerned with finding a solid, stable footing in life and doing that the only correct way: through honesty, bravery, hard work, strength and perserverence. It's the "warrior star".
It's not hard to see why they might be at odds. Their rulers_ Sun and Saturn are natural enemies, they're opposite each other, they're both stable nakshatras, they're both warrior caste, they want the same thing but go for it in very different ways. They're also very obviously meant for each other.
Example 1, The Mask of Zorro

Catherine Zeta-Jones (Uttara Phalguni sun and ketu, Uttara Bhadrapada moon)
Antonio Banderas (Uttara Bhadrapada moon)
I know they're both UBh moon but since Catherine has her sun AND ketu in Uttara Phalguni, I think that that in this movie that's the energy she's supposed to be representing, to be the polarity to Antonio's UBh moon.
They have a flirty sword fight AND a dance full of tension. If you haven't watched this movie I don't know what you've been doing lol.
Example 2, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

Lily James (Uttara Bhadrapada moon)
Sam Riley (Uttara Phalguni moon)
This adaptation of pride and prejudice is the only one where both Elizabeth and Mr. Darcy are both cow yonis, and this one also has physical fights, a lot of them. When Mr. Darcy first proposes, Elizabeth becomes so angry that they physically fight with each other. Also, what's a regency movie without a dance scene? They also have one. Obviously, they're in love, but their stubbornness won't let them admit that they might even like each other. Both nakshatras being of stable nature and warrior caste, they REALLY defend their ground like no other nakshatra.
Example 3, The Great

Elle Fanning (Uttara Phalguni moon)
Nicholas Hoult (Uttara Bhadrapada moon)
In this adaptation of Catherine the Great's life she's a young girl with dreams and passion, eager to meet her future husband_ the young king Peter. She arrives with full intention of being the nicest, best wife possible(which is a very uttara phalguni trope), but upon truly seeing the state of Russia and trying but failing to like her eventual husband, she gets the idea of overthrowing him. Obviously, ultimately, no one wins that battle because they unwillingly fall in love with each other, through endless threats and misunderstandings, they realize that they've always had their common ground.
In all these stories, fighting is a natural expression of love and is weirdly mixed with it. In real life, cow yoni people are some of the most (if not the most) endearing people I know, they won't waste their time with you if they think that you're not worth it. If they fight with you, that means that they think there's hope for improvement. I'm saying this as Uttara Phalguni ascendant, I will distance myself from anyone I don't like without them even knowing about it, but I can be very stubborn with people close to me. I've also had the dynamic I mentioned with Uttara Bhadrapadas, no matter how much we fight, I ultimately love them.
So, if you have them in your life, it's good to know what I just said 😅.
If you're cow yoni or if you know them, let me know if this is true for you. Don't forget to interact with me, COMMENT, like, reblog, anything.
Take care🤍
Hello lovelies, can someone create a moodboard for me 🥺?

Hi do you only read astrology placements from a western Birth chart ? No Vedic? Thank you.
Heyyyy ☺️
At the moment it’s mainly Western, I’ve slowly been immersing myself in Vedic astrology and learning about it but I’m not as confident on Vedic as I am on Western. I have been looking more into Vedic Astro observations just need to make sure I understand it enough to be able to interpret different placements etc. If you do have any questions based off your Vedic chart send them through anyways and I’ll answer what I can.
Love Luna ✨🌙
YOU SPOKE NOTHING BUT FACTS FOR THE KETU NATIVES 😭😭😭. I AM THE KETU NATIVES LMAO.
vedic astrology observations pt2
1. purvabhadrapada natives have a god complex, they tend to think they’re above everyone else and very prone to behaving haughtily.
2. mercury naks are some of the most petty, vengeful naks ever, if you ever get into an argument with them, they will stoop SO LOW, its not even funny.
3. ive noticed that a lot of anuradha natives are tomboyish. two examples would be lisa from blackpink & moonbyul from mamamoo, who are both anuradha moons.
4. sidereal geminis & their gut health: a saga,,,, lmao jk, ya’ll suffer from digestive issues more often than not, take care tho
5.sidereal pisces people are so hypersensitive to everything, the whole world is their phantom limb (must be exhausting, i feel u)
6. on a different note, purvabhadrapada natives are the most amazing actors. they just have this natural ability to morph into a different person.
7. do u ever see someone and wonder what goes on in their head? that’s ketu natives 24/365, odds are even they dont know whats up with them. ketu natives have one leg in limbo and another in the shadow realm.

A beginner's guide to Vedic Astrology
1. Vedic astrology is based on a very different way of perceiving the world. It will take some time to get used to it but be patient. Its not as quick and easy to compartmentalize as western/tropical astrology. it addresses the human condition in all its nuance and complexity. It will take you a lot of time to understand even one nakshatra but this is normal and part of the process. Avoid looking at twitter/tumblr posts that try to tropicalize Vedic astrology by giving really weird takes with 0 context or explanation. Read blogs and articles, do a google deep dive, there are many websites run by Indian astrologers who will provide you with good introductions to your chart/naks.
2. There are 27 nakshatras divided over 12 rashis, these come under the rulership of 8 planets and are further classified on the basis of their aim, tattva, ganas, yoni animal, function etc. Familiarize yourself with the mythology of your naks and their basic classification. This is the most accessible starting point for a newbie.
3. Zodiac does not automatically become redundant in the Vedic system. They are called "rashi" and each rashi houses 2 or more nakshatras.
4. 90% of the time the moon occupies only ONE nakshatra over the course of one day. its UNCOMMON for the moon to occupy more than one nakshatra in one day. if you don't have someone's birth time and use 12 noon as the standard time (which is common practice since its right in the middle of the day with 12 hours behind and 12 hours ahead) 90% their moon sign will be correct. Since the ascendant changes every hour or so, its hard to narrow it down unless you know the person and can make an educated guess.
ive seen people argue that xyz is ashwini moon instead of bharani moon etc and please go to a good vedic birth chart generating site (i recommend either astro seek or faraway) and you can check their birth chart for every hour of the day of their given birthday if you have the time. the MOON STAYS IN THE SAME NAKSHATRA OVER THE COURSE OF ONE DAY!!!! its RARE for it to be in the preceding or following nak and it usually only happens for a VERY small window of time.
5. if you can, just get your chart read by someone who knows their stuff. avoid consuming the misinformation rampant on twitter/tumblr.
6. approach Vedic astrology with an open mind. many websites will tell you you're a horrible person with zero luck , jealous and doomed to live in perpetual misery but please understand that these come from the narrowness of their own knowledge and understanding. any wisdom possessed by an individual has to pass through their filter of perception in order to be written down. astrology is not a doomsday machine tool condemning some and glorifying others. do not make a religion out of this. think of your birth chart as something that provides context as to why you are the way you are. don't let it be something that holds you back.
7. please don't randomly pick up tantric practices and chant mantras or perform rituals just because you know a little bit about vedic astrology. this is a whole new turf and these practices can be life changing if done right but disastrous if done wrong. trust your intuition, always. i hate that tiktok/social media etc has made witch craft/magick/esoteric occult rituals look like some quirky, "woo woo" thing that anyone can do. please stay safe ya'll <33 don't blindly follow others <33
A Basic Guide to Vedic Astrology
I think many of you are new to Vedic astrology, so I thought I'd give a little intro to some of the concepts, terminology etc
First and foremost, Vedic astrology dates back to 5000 BC - 10,000BC, which means it only takes into account Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and the 2 nodes of the Moon, Rahu & Ketu along with your Ascendant. Outer planets like Uranus, Neptune, Pluto along with asteroids are NOT calculated as most of them were discovered only in the last 2-3 centuries.
A conjunction takes place when two planets are placed in the same nakshatra within 5 degrees of each other. Even if they are placed more than 5 degrees apart, so long as they are in the same nakshatra, they can to some extent be considered as conjunct (the effect will be less potent than an exact conjunction basically) BUT if you have Sun in Ashwini and Venus in Bharani, you DO NOT have Sun conjunct Venus in Aries, that is NOT how it works. Those two nakshatras have entirely different themes, mythologies, purposes, deities, planetary influences and lessons, how on earth can they be considered "conjunct"???
That said, wherever you have a conjunction in your chart will have a major influence on you. It is a very potent energy. Dont ask me if having Saturn conjunct Ketu in Ashwini makes you a Saturnian or a Ketuvian because that's not the point, its that those two planets have a specific relationship with each other in your context and to understand the functioning of one, you must look at the other (along with its placement, aspects etc etc)
There are 12 rashis, corresponding to zodiac signs and each rashi is divided into 2 or more lunar mansions called "nakshatras". If you've wondered why say Arieses all act so different, its because they're either UBPs or Revatis in their Vedic chart, contributing to vastly different personalities.
In Vedic astrology, we have the concept of 7 charakarakas all of which indicate a different purpose:
Atmakaraka aka the soul indicator. it is the planet at the highest degree and represents your soul/being. its your compass and points towards the calling of your soul
2. Amatyakaraka, it typically points to your career/profession and works alongside your atmakaraka. it is the planet at the second highest degree
3. Bhratrukaraka (planet at 3rd highest degree) points to relationships with siblings
4. Matrukaraka ( planet at fourth-highest degree in your chart) signifies your relationship with your mother or maternal figures. It represents the nurturing qualities within you and helps illuminate your connection to your mother or motherly figures in your life.
5. Putrakaraka (planet with the fifth-highest degree in your chart) reveals your approach to parenting and your potential for creativity. It provides insights into your connection with your children and your capacity for artistic expression.
6. Gnatikaraka (the planet with the sixth-highest degree in your chart) indicates obstacles and adversaries in your life. It reflects your ability to overcome challenges and confrontations, making it a valuable guide for navigating life’s hurdles.
7. Darakaraka (the planet at the lowest degree) it is associated with your spouse and romantic relationships. It uncovers the qualities you seek in a partner and offers insights into how you relate to your significant other. Understanding the Darakaraka can provide clarity on your love life and partnerships.
HOW TO STUDY NAKSHATRAS:
Read about the mythology behind your nakshatras. This helps shed light on its nature.
Look at your nakshatra's yoni consort. Read about what the yoni animal symbolically represents
Similarly, read about your nakshatra's deity, ruling planet, other naks under the same planetary influence etc
There are 4 purusharthas (aka motivations) in vedic astrology according to which nakshatras are classified. understanding the different classifications behind each nak helps us understand its nature better

similarly naks can also be classified by their ganas which describe the nature of these naks:
Deva = godly, Manushya = humane, Rakshasa = demonic
if you have a rakshasa gana nak, it does not mean you're a demon. it just points towards traits like selfishness, lack of generosity etc AND the person you are is sum of your whole chart, not just the gana of one nak, so don't beat yourself up

Naks are also classified on the basis of their qualities of which there are 7

they can also be classified on the basis of caste:

(all tables, pyramid etc by me so any mistake is mine oopsies)
4. Chart Ruler
The ruling planet of your ascendant sign is your lagna lord. If you're Mrigashira Rising, then your lagna lord is Mercury/Venus (based on whether your nak falls into the Taurus portion or the Gemini portion).
5. Navamsa or D9 chart
Look at your D9 after you've studied your D1 otherwise it'll feel like too much info you don't fully understand. Navamsa is consulted along with your D1/Birth chart. you can think of it as D1 promises certain things and D9 is if/how those things materialise. its like part 1 and part 2 of a story
I can't think of anything else that should be covered🤡but if you have doubts you can ask!!
I hope this was helpful!!
About Dwadashamsha (D-12 chart)
As we have entered a special period called Pitru Paksha, it is good to remember the D-12 divisional chart or Dwadashamsha, which reveals ancestral heritage and our own place in our family lineage. But first, a few words about Pitru Paksha.
Pitru Paksha is a 16-day period in the Hindu calendar dedicated to honouring ancestors, observed during the waning phase of the Moon in the month of Bhadrapada (September-October). During this time, Hindus perform rituals such as Shradh and Tarpan to pay respects to their passed ancestors and seek their blessings. In general, it is a good time to spend e.g., exploring your family history, making a family tree, learning about your ancestors’ lives, visiting cemeteries and paying respects at the resting places of your passed relatives. It is believed that the souls of ancestors return to earth during these days, and offerings of food, water, and prayers help ensure their peace and contentment in the afterlife. This period holds great significance for receiving ancestral blessings, resolving issues like Pitru Dosha (ancestral curses), and promoting family harmony. The final day, Mahalaya Amavasya, is considered the most important, marking the end of Pitru Paksha.
D-12 Chart
The D-12 divisional chart, a.k.a Dwadasamsa chart, is an important tool in Vedic astrology for analyzing matters related to one's family lineage, ancestors, and parental influences. The D-12 chart focuses on the influences passed down from our ancestors, especially from parents, grandparents and so on. It is derived from dividing each sign of the zodiac into 12 parts, hence the name "Dwadasamsa" (Dwadasha means "12" in Sanskrit).
Key Areas Analyzed in the D-12 Chart:
Parental Influence:
The D-12 chart is primarily used to understand the relationship with one's parents and the impact of parental upbringing on the individual's life.
It shows the karma related to one’s parents, indicating how their behaviour, health, and fortunes may influence the native.
Ancestral Lineage and Heritage:
The chart reveals ancestral patterns and influences, both positive and negative, that may be inherited from past generations.
Ancestral blessings or unresolved issues, like Pitru Dosha (ancestral curse), can be seen in this chart.
The strengths and weaknesses of the family tree, including traditions, values, and health traits, are also reflected.
Health and Longevity of Parents:
The health of parents and their longevity can be examined through the D-12 chart. It can give insights into the wellbeing of parents and any potential issues they may face.
If malefic planets (Sun, Mars, Saturn) are prominent, it may indicate challenges or struggles related to parents.
Inheritance of Karma:
The D-12 chart provides insight into how ancestral karma (good or bad) affects the native. This karma may manifest as opportunities or challenges in the individual's life, and rituals like Shradh (ancestor worship) can help resolve or mitigate ancestral issues.
Family Fortunes and Reputation:
It reflects the status and reputation of the family as a whole. The condition of the planets in this chart reveals the level of respect and honour the family holds in society and how it will affect the native's own standing.
Spiritual Heritage:
The chart indicates the level of spiritual heritage passed down through the family. If benefic planets like Jupiter, Moon and Venus are well-placed, it shows the individual inherits spiritual wisdom, strong values, and a good moral foundation from their lineage.
How to Analyze Family and Ancestors in the D-12 Chart:
Ascendant (Lagna):
The ascendant (Lagna) and its lord in the D-12 chart represent the overall physical and psychological influence of family and ancestors on the native. It can show how much of the ancestral traits or karma the individual inherits. Also, Lagna and its lord in a certain house show which role the native has in his or her lineage (they can be positive and negative).
Sun (Father) and Moon (Mother):
Sun represents the father in a horoscope, and its placement in the D-12 chart shows the native’s connection with paternal ancestors.
Moon represents the mother, and its position indicates the maternal influence. The condition of these planets helps assess how well-supported or challenged the native’s life is due to parental and ancestral energies.
Fourth House:
The fourth house is significant for matters related to the mother, family, heritage, and property. In the D-12 chart, this house shows how the native connects emotionally with the family and the security provided by their ancestors.
Ninth House:
The ninth house represents father and ancestral wisdom. It reflects spiritual guidance and the influence of ancestors on higher learning, ethics, and fortune.
The ninth house and its lord in the D-12 chart give key indications of the native’s ancestral blessings, spiritual inheritance, and how much support the individual receives from their father and paternal lineage.
Planets and Their Conditions:
Jupiter is a significant planet in understanding ancestral blessings as it represents wisdom, tradition, and knowledge passed down from elders. Therefore, strong Jupiter gives prosperity and luck, while Jupiter in its fall is weaker and restrains from a continuous expansion and luck.
Saturn represents karmic inheritance and may indicate ancestral debts or obligations if it is afflicted.
The placement and condition of Rahu and Ketu (the lunar nodes) can show past-life karmas and the type of ancestral energies (positive or negative) carried forward.
Malefic and Benefic Influences:
If malefic planets like Rahu, Saturn, or Mars are prominently placed in the D-12 chart, especially if they are affecting the Sun, Moon, or the fourth/ninth houses, it may indicate ancestral challenges (karmic debts) or Pitru Dosha. This could lead to difficulties in life such as delays, health issues, or strained family relationships.
Benefic planets like Jupiter and Venus, on the other hand, show positive ancestral inheritance, such as wisdom, wealth, and spiritual support.
Remedies for Ancestral Issues:
If the D-12 chart reveals ancestral difficulties or Pitru Dosha, the following remedies can help alleviate these issues:
Performing Shradh: During Pitru Paksha, performing Shradh and offering food, water, and donations to honour the ancestors is a powerful remedy.
Tarpan: Offering water and prayers regularly to ancestors can help resolve any karmic debts inherited from them.
Donations and Charity: Performing charity in the name of ancestors can bring relief from inherited challenges and help receive blessings.
Chanting Mantras: Reciting mantras like the Pitru Suktam or performing Pitru Gayatri mantra helps in pacifying the souls of ancestors.
May the power of our Ancestors come with us!
