If you have personal planets in 8th house, let us talk about INTENSITY because you probably know what I am talking about.

1. INTENSITY: OBSESSION, ADDICTION, SINGLE MINDED RUMINATION, DESPERATION, THIRST, DEPTH, VOID, BLACK HOLE, EMPTINESS, DARKNESS, VACUUM.

2. 8th house gives intense mysterious deep feelings. Months pass by and you are still obsessing over that one person. You dont even know why. Your mind gets stuck. You run in a loop. It is like your mind is trying to make sense of reality by obsessing over someone whom you knew few months ago. This is insanity. Who the hell obsesses over a random person for months? But you cannot stop it. You cannot end this mess. This is when you know you have some mental issue.

3. You dont just feel but you FEEL. You are probably Borderline (PD). You are the crazy ex girlfriend. You are the manic pixie dream girl. You feel the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. You spend days and days feeling ecstasy and sorrow like nobody else. You get sucked into your emotional black hole and when it emits you, you are REBORN.

4. Something in you dies when you are reborn. Perhaps some personality, some habits, some mindset change, some growth, some progress, self development, self improvement, you become a better version of yourself. This is what the 8th house does. If you have personal planets in 8th house, be ready for a life time of emotional transformations, regeneration, renewal, rebirth. Venus Signs and their romantic ways

🌹 Aries Venus 🌹

- They love in a way: That is loud, proud and full of passion. They don’t think twice or get indecisive or play cat & mouse when they are interested in you. They give what they can from the jump, and try to make you theirs in whatever way they can, BUT if you play weird as time goes they *shake their head* and just move on from you w/o you even knowing it.

In some ways they are also pretty philosophical, so their love can be one where you give and gain knowledge with them or just generally expand your mind through their thoughts and actions. - Love in a way: That has self-control and is respectful and mature. They love with a lot of maturity, my goodness. They know how to be serious about what they have with you when they truly love you, and with them, they’d hate to loose you (especially after establishing a solid foundation) which makes breaking up a far-fetched idea if they love you. But well, if you hurt them or act immature or become unfaithful to them, they can and will leave you, after much consideration.

- Love in a way: That is dreamy, devoted and never-ending. When they love, they loooove. They don’t give just the hand or half an arm, they give their entire body, and they love with their whole heart, unlike any other sign. It’s amazing. They are also very forgiving. But with all of this, they are also very sensitive, so they get hurt easily and the more you hurt them, the more closed-off they become, without you even noticing. Other than that, their love is also almost movie-like because of how dreamy and unrealistic they want it to be.

- What they seek: A love that is comfortable, faithful and kind. What they want it someone who is compassionate, someone who is also spiritual or believes in fateful/universal energies, and someone who makes them feel understood with their crazy little mind that can overthink. Venus in Taurus

Last year I came across a couple of Venus in Taurus playlists that really seemed way off base to me, so I decided to build my own, slowly, like a Venus in Taurus does. (I build everything slowly.)

My song choices are based in the fact that Venus in Taurus is a very solid, strong, stubborn placement. Venus in Taurus doesn't like change. Their approach to Venusian things (romance, friendship, partnerships, contracts, business, finances) is all about building or growing stability, and just sensually enjoying the moment while building. The only acceptable form of change (to Venus in Taurus) is building/growing, everything else is crisis. (Still, you do have to tear down the house and start over if the foundation is faulty. But it's a crisis.)

Therefore, unlike, say, Venus in Libra (the other strong, domicile placement for Venus), Venus in Taurus has no particular desire to be in a relationship, necessarily. Her only desire is stability, comfort/pleasure (good food, good music, beautiful high quality things) and the predictability of growth. If she's in a relationship, she will want to make it work, not because she would rather be in a relationship, but moreso because she's resistant to change and doesn't like to think she's wasted her time. If she's not in a relationship, she is resistant to letting anyone else mess up the plans she's working on. Her trust is earned slowly and based on solid, quantifiable evidence.

Her values revolve around her ability to create and nurture and enjoy things that are solid and quantifiable. Abstract concepts are not prioritized here. This is why she's often accused of being materialistic. But watching a child grow up, or a garden bloom, is just the kind of physical evidence of her values that she appreciates. So is a good quality shoe collection.

People with Venus in Taurus understand that partnerships and romance are two separate things, ideally overlapping, but not necessarily. Venus in Taurus believes that the grass is greenest where you water it. They tend to stay in relationships too long, based on that sunk investment fallacy, but also simply because they make change slowly and deliberately.

People underestimate the confidence of this placement. Venus in Taurus is not likely to compromise their lifestyle or values for a fantasy or for some sort of need for validation. They are perfectly capable of saying "I love you, I adore you, I wish you the best, have a nice life" and then carrying on with their own plans with no ill will whatsoever. They tend to hold onto love in their hearts forever, but they understand that love isn't enough to build a life on, and they tend to be extremely self-reliant, or at the very least, proud and independent. This is a placement that doesn't take rejection personally at all, for the same reasons.

What they do take personally is being disrespected, lied to, undermining their material wellbeing, or wasting their time.

Venus is extremely strong in this position, and the subject with Venus in Taurus is likely to attract beautiful experiences, luxury, longlasting friendships, a good reputation, and a comfortable life, over time.

House placement, and aspects to Venus, will definitely make a difference, BUT remember that even when poorly aspected, Venus in Taurus is still in domicile (in the sign of her rulership) and is therefore her own dispositor/ruler, meaning no other planet in the birth chart has power over her. This is why this is a very strong placement anywhere in the chart.
