Assassin places a cigarette between slightly chapped lips, but he stays his hand from lighting it, instead letting it settle between his lips as he chewed the bottom of it softly. Emotionless, ashen eyes only narrowing slightly in annoyance.

Right. This one guy was the different timeline version from that Singularity. He still hadn’t met the Einzbern homunculus. Minus 50 points in the fun factor. What a pain in the ass.

A slight sneer appears on Assassin’s lips but there’s no real spite or, well, really any emotion to be found behind it. However, say, if Avenger were that ever-radiant, idealistic King of Knights or one of her honorable mindless lapdogs perhaps that would be different.
“Well that’s too bad. If your luck wasn’t as bad as mine, I’d wish you luck with that in your next summoning, Avenger. But, as you know, I despise that kind of useless sentiment more than anyone.”

Sighs... “Your jokes are in as bad a taste as ever, I see...” Anyone who’d desire him in such a way must have more than just a few screws loose up there. And those types were usually busy fawning over their oh-so-charming Master. So, yeah, he sincerely doubts that.
