more ghostknife plus me desperately trying to figure out how to draw vyncent

Hey guys this is my other account, should I make a little more HCs for the boys and then.... Write for them I dunno? I'm kinda liking this idea I've made up

Prime Defenders Band AU head cannons

- Dakota absolutely plays the drums he's such a drummer

- Vyncent can play multiple instruments including woodwind and percussion but learns to play keyboard and a little drums

- William plays guitar and knows how to fry scream???

- Ashe plays both guitar and bass

- William and Ashe are main vocalists but they have multiple songs written with all of them

- William teaches Dakota and Ashe how to fry scream

- William wrote one song and they're very hesitant to play it

- Ashe and Dakota are main writers

My most recent batch of redesigns + lizzie and caspian cause i needed to redraw them (i lost the canon a lot time ago for what characters should even slightly look like)

Drawing i did while watching charlie slimecicle try and make happiness :)

Dakotas colour pallet is so out of place next to everyone else and it makes me giggle

ive never drawn the prime defenders hero outfits before so i decided to finally do that (ofc with every first time designing an outfit it looks a bit bland and wonky but they’re not terrible imo)

prime defenders angst (?)

this is probs gonna be a long post i apologise:

family doesn't end with blood and it don't start there either.

after his surgery dakota lost everything he knew and loved, his parents lives stolen from him years ago and now his aunty. he was entirely alone and what he always fought for, lived for and cried for were snatched away from him, from the moment he reopened his eyes he might have gained new life but his past hadn't. he felt entirely alone, that racing heart having nothing to beat for, until some scrawny pale kid and some weirdo to couldn't use a phone walked in.

william was dead, not fully but what made him feel truly connected to the world was. even surrounded by suburban homes and that comforting forest, he had felt as if the part of him that made him truly alive had died. his family's world was no longer his, feeling like a stranger in his own home. the whisps seemed more and more tempting every day until he met two people who finally made him feel alive again

vyncent had entered this world alone and confused; the voices he leant on for support seemed too large for these streets. His home was destroyed, in ruins, and here he was, walking streets amongst a chaos of people who could never understand. he, for the first time, felt absolutely powerless, his presence too abnormal to fit into this world. until he was brought towards others, who also seemed as lost and confused by this new world of power

ashe was locked away, despite what his father told him. his mothers soul seemed enterally attached to him and this was his penance, his world had been shrunk to that of a snow globe, seeing the world twirl and change whilst he was trapped, unable to do more than stare as his world had frozen after that day. all that was left for him was a father, who too was consumed by grief, who took out his pain on the world outside of his snow globe. until three teenage boys smashed that globe, willing to hold the hand that stole his mother from him without fear

Handcuffed characters using their handcuffs to strangle their captors and thereby turning their restraints into weapons, flipping symbolic defeat into real danger, making their captors the one in chains....very fun
