a/n: ok this wasn't as cringe-y when I wrote it and I guess I was just out of practice lmao that’s y it be cringe as heck in the previous one. It’s almost the end guys, keep tuning in (or more like keep on writing for me lol). Oh, enjoY this chapter ehe 💘

(Y/n) was on break but not really (ballerinas don’t really have long breaks ehe), she was in for another production in Christmas which is, The Nutcracker. Her schedule not being as crazy hectic as she was before, she decided to spend time with her family and friends, and Jungkook to finally get a hold of her social life for once.

Dressed up in a nice lavender summer dress with brown ballerina flats which totally made (Y/n) stand out in the corporate world which is in Jungkook’s company, due to the lack of formal clothing of course. (Y/n) had bought Jungkook’s favorite dessert, a light-baked Japanese cheesecake. 

(Y/n) was gazing around the tall glass building and it’s modern design, her eye caught Jungkook discussing with his workers about something business-y which made him look ten times hotter than he already is. (Y/n) doesn’t know if she should wait or tell the admin to notify Jungkook of her presence but he already spotted her from where he is. 

He was confused seeing you here, looking so cute but very out of place with everyone else in their suit and ties and formal clothing. You held up the box of dessert you were holding for him with an unsure smile. He signaled to his team to hold on for a minute as he approached you with a shining smile. 

Jungkook’s heart warmed up seeing you. 

“I wasn’t expecting you to be here, thought it was my imagination playing tricks,” he told you taking a bite of the cheesecake you bought him. You two were in his huge expensive office enjoying each other’s company.

You laughed and explained how you were on a little break now and you plan on grabbing hold of your social life before things get busy again. Jungkook munched down happily hearing your plans and just by being with you. 

Dabbing a napkin to his mouth he asked you where you were heading to with a pretty dress. “Such a pretty dress, I hope you’re not meeting anyone new…” he teased.

Your cheeks warmed up at his compliment but you quickly shot his assumption by explaining that you were just gonna have a picnic with your girl friends. He laughed and held your hands looking you in the eye,” I’m just kidding, I know you love me and I love you.”

You relaxed and took a bite from your New York cheesecake. Playfully glaring at him.

“How are you my darling?” (Y/n)’s mom welcomed (y/n) into their cozy home, embracing (y/n) into a motherly hug. (Y/n) sighed happily into her mother’s arms. “Just peachy mom.”

(Y/n) had dinner with her parents and she filled them both in the details of her life they had missed out on, the ups and downs and whatnots.

“So how is that golden boy eh?” (Y/n)’s dad quipped. (Y/n) was surprised when her father had immediately taken a liking towards Jungkook when they first met. 

“Perfect as always,” (Y/n) smiled grabbing a bite of the chocolate muffin her mother baked.

“He loves you dearie, don’t you let go of him again alright, “ (Y/n)’s mom advised, seeing how her daughter has a special spark in her eye whenever she’s with Jungkook. (Y/n) nodded with her cheeks stuffed with the heavenly chocolate muffins.

“Ugh, stop singing love sick songs bro,” Jungkook’s sister groaned on the living room couch. Jungkook ruffled her hair and continued humming instead. Plopping himself down next to her.

Jungkook pulled out his phone texting someone, and being the curious little girl his little sister was, she decided to peek at his phone screen. 

“You didn’t tell me you got back together with (Y/n)!” She gasped. She rambled on about how she missed (Y/n) and how she wants (y/n) to give her some ballet tips. Jungkook had to calm his sister down, as (y/n) agreed to give his little sis a private class sometime this week after replying his text.

Jungkook’s mother had observed a light bounce to his steps as well. “Jeon Jungkook, come here,” She called out from the kitchen counter. 

Jungkook jogged to where his mother was, laughing,”Yeah mom?” He ruffled his hair looking at his reflection from the polished sliding glass door. 

“Why don’t you bring over (Y/n) to our family brunch we’re having this weekend?” She offered. Jungkook widened his eyes, not expecting that at all coming from his mother.

Jungkook then explained that they were both taking it slow for now, as they just got back together. His mother nodded and apologized for coming in between the two of them hence, being part of the cause of their break up. After bickering back and forth with her husband on who Jungkook should and should not date, she’s come to realized that as long as her baby boy is happy and being true to himself, she would be more accepting now.

Jungkook hugged his mother and assured her everything was fine and that all’s good now.
