What A Past Few Weeks - Tumblr Posts

i just can't stop thinking about, like, him lowkey asking if i remembered hearing about him from our mutual friend (looking for my first impression, maybe?) or the fact that he waited until we were the only two at the table during that dinner to ask it. or that i was nevrvous before a band meeting and was like 'why' and then realized it was bc it was the first time i'd see him outside of workout clothes/band uniform and he'd be seeing me in nice clothing for once too

or him sitting by me at said meeting when he could've sat anywhere else. also him asking if he could sit by me. like there were other people who were his friends there and then he sat by me. i was too hyperaware of where my limbs were during that meeting and that our elbows brushed once

or me dropping my lyre during our post-game concert last saturday and him happening to be the one to pick it up??? like i asked in the section chat if anyone had it and instantly, he was like "hey, where's b? here you go, it's nbd" and that he just so happened to be right across from me already when we were back in the band room

or the fact that i haven't really talked to him since that meeting just cuz im on the quieter side and haven't really had the opportunity despite actually having band rehearsals. but we did make eye contact and smile today? idk we were both wearing sunglasses, lol

i've got friday and saturday of band, too. maybe i'll be able to talk to him more then

also i keep lowkey wanting to run into him on campus ahhhh but it doesn't happen bc he's a stem major and im humanities

Not me wondering about where I sit on the arospectrum this entire summer just to go to school and get a crush after a week of band camp
