idk if you know the hc of jean being an artist/likes to draw but I got to thinking earlier and I’d like to present to you, being in a poly relationship w connie and jean. you have boyfriend connie who likes to build things and boyfriend jean who paints them and they give them to you. ex: connie builds a picture frame, jean draws the portrait of you. or like connie made you some shoes and came up with the design for jean to color in yk?

that is so fucking sweet omg....boyfriends! connie and jean overhearing you talking about how you want a nice sage green bookshelf to showcase all of your books in the living room, but all of the ones online are either too expensive or not what you want :/ they immediately squad up and are like ok we are doing this. jean helps connie make a blueprint outline of measuring the height and width of a stable shelf. connie spends a few days and nights cutting and sanding wood, leveling out the shelves, making sure the stands are sturdy enough for ur collections. once its done its jeans turn to paint it the perfect shade of olive green, going over it 5 times minimum so its perfect. then he adds little white and gold details, keeping in mind things you pointed out online that you liked and disliked. it takes them like 2 weeks to finally be content with their finished product and theyve been so weird, ur like wtf is going on. why does connie keep disappearing at night and coming back covered in saw dust?? why is jean tired all of the time, no longer painting and drawing when he has a moment to spare??? you start crying and theyre like OMG NO STOP DONT CRY WE MADE U THIS <333333 and its so beautiful and perfect and on display in your shared living room for all to see

i love it when big masculine one is the soft and shy one in the reletionship while small and more welcome looking one is ABSOLUTELY hates everyone and will kill someone.
