The main flowers in this wreath are white peonies - a symbol of nobility and a good marriage, and also amaryllis - an image of courage, strength, pride and impregnability. Marigold flowers are located next to the amaryllis, because cruelty and anxiety sometimes go side by side with pride and strength. Red carnations are signs of leadership. It seems that pink carnations remain in the shade, somewhere deep inside the wreath, and are not visible to strangers. They are a gentle symbol of parental, especially maternal love.
Purple tulips grow every spring in the fields near Tretogor. These flowers are symbols of royal power, a worthy decoration of the ruler. And at the same time, purple tulips mean loyalty to a dear person, sincere affection and love that never stops.
Tulips are not in a wreath, but in the hands of the king (as if a "gift" to the ruler). Radovid is afraid of treachery and betrayal, so he longs to surround himself with loyalty and devotion.

Главные цветки в этом венке, безусловно, белые пионы - символ знатности и хорошего брака, а ещё амариллисы - образ смелости, силы, гордости и неприступности. Рядом с амариллисом расположились цветки календулы, ибо бок о бок с гордостью и силой подчас ходят жестокость и тревога. Здесь же и красные гвоздики - знаки лидерства. Кажется, что розовые гвоздики остаются в тени, где-то глубоко внутри венка, и не видны стороннему взору. Они - нежный символ родительской, прежде всего материнской любви.
Фиолетовые тюльпаны, усыпающие каждую весну поля близ Третогора - это цветы-символы королевской власти, достойное украшение для правителя. И в то же время фиолетовые тюльпаны означают верность дорогому человеку, искреннюю привязанность и любовь, которая никогда не перестаёт.
Тюльпаны не в венке, а в руках короля (как бы «подарок» правителю). Радовид боится измены и предательства, поэтому жаждет окружить себя верностью и преданностью.
(Реданский народный костюм очень подходит королю!)

👑 Политическое событие, изменившее в Редании буквально всё - по приказу Филиппы Эйльхарт убит король Визимир, и на престоле воцаряется его юный сын Радовид, полный жажды справедливости и мести за отца и за забытую по итогам войны Реданию.
👑 The political event that changed literally everything in Redania. King Vizimir was killed by Philippa Eilhart, and Vizimir’s young son Radovid reigned on the throne, full of thirst for justice and revenge for his father and Redania, forgotten as a result of the war.

NIBBLES. NIBBLES THE CAT.
This may be because most people are here for the Witcher Netflix show & have not played the Witcher games (or they just simply forgot about Nibbles.) & that’s fair enough. I get it. I do. BUT TIME TO CHANGE THAT OKAY!? & While I’m sure that there are older posts that mention Nibbles, I see next to nothing about Nibbles in this Witcher fandom resurgence.
So. I recently replayed Witcher 3. & You spend the game, passing through towns, exploring, taking on monster contracts, & searching for Ciri. There are lots of animals in these towns you go through. Dogs, cows, goats, sheep, horses, geese, pigs, chickens, AND CATS. Most animals dont really react to Geralt’s presence. But EVERY. SINGLE. CAT. arches its back, slinks away from Geralt, & hisses at him as soon as they notice him. EXCEPT FOR NIBBLES.
You meet Nibbles for the first time in W3 when you’re looking for the Bloody Baron’s missing daughter. Nibbles doesn’t hiss at Geralt. Not even once. Instead, while you wait to talk to someone, Geralt gets down on Nibbles’ level and the two just stare at each other for a while. Nibbles, the resident good boy and a 10/10 cute cat, is pretty damn relaxed during this entire interaction. He just chills on a table, grooming himself, & giving Geralt the normal amount of cat attention. & It’s clear Geralt is fascinated by this kitty oddity. Legit every other cat hisses at him. Every other cat hates witchers. Nibbles, this bizarre non-hissing kitty, captures Geralt’s attention right away.
SO LISTEN Y’ALL. All I’m really saying in this post is that 1) GERALT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PET NIBBLES. LET GERALT PET NIBBLES. And 2) Nibbles deserves more recognition.
Also. Maybe even a third point.... 3) It’d be cool to see more theories about Nibbles in fics. Cause it is a bit odd that Nibbles appears several times throughout Witcher 3 (& in both DLC packs), seemingly following Geralt around the Continent. He shows up in several different places (that are huge distances apart) and is mentioned by several characters that have nothing to do with one another (or Nibbles) throughout the game. I know that he was just born as a “filmmaking trick due to a technical necessity that came up” during the making of the game. But Nibbles is a mystery magic cat. & if it isn’t clear already, I LOVE THIS FUNKY LIL FLUFF. THIS IS A NIBBLES APPRECIATION POST.
