So I mentioned to my sister that it's a running joke on tumblr that Oppie eats rocks...

Without missing a beat she said "that's because Teller fed them all the marbles they used to measure plutonium and uranium and they all got used to it". She then proceeded to explain how he stole and attempted to turn Feynman's bongos into something else (I can't remember) but ultimately failed.

Mind you she's not at all into the whole Manhattan project as I am, so I think, just think, that she might be a bit fed up w my obsession with this lot.
