As much as Sivs likes to deny it, he has quite the crush on the man.

“That oaf,” he muttered while trekking through the halls of Spade Castle, “making me feel this way…” He gramaces while blushing, walking faster to his room. But before making it there, a faint whimpering sound catches his attention. Sivior walks towards the door slowly, peeking through the opening.

There sits, at the edge of his bed, Svenkin. But, is he...crying? Sivior’s eyes widen at the sight. He didn't picture Sven as a crier, though he probably had his reasons…

Seeing his friend like this made his heart ache. As if he could go and comfort Sven, though. That isnt really his thing and it might be a little odd if someone who's been insulting you for years suddenly tries to comfort you. God, he doesn't have a chance…

But his body moved on its own, and now he found himself walking up to Svenkin, a hand slightly extended and a worried look on his face. Sven looks up at him, confused.

“Are you alright, Sven…?”

Suddenly, Sivior feels strong arms wrap around his middle, and a face bury into his shoulder. The thin man instinctively brings a hand to his back, rubbing it a bit.

“I’m sorry, I just… feel terrible…!” Svenkin says while sobbing harder. Sivs tries to comfort him as much as he could.

“Why so..?” He asks.

Svenkin calms down a bit and lifts up his head, taking a shaky breath.

“I don't know...I feel...uncared for? I guess…” he looks down again.

Sivs grabs the man's face, wearing a serious look.

“You idiot... I- I love you..!” Sivior almost shouts, immediately becoming flustered after realizing what he just blurted out. Oh, no…

Sven pauses, processing what Sivs just said. Then he smiles.

“I-is that really true..?” He asks timidly. Nobody's said anything like that to him before.

“I- yes! It is…” Sivior didn't know what to say, he was just embarrassing himself…! How could Sven love someone like him..?

Sven then tightens his grip on the disciple, smiling and looking at him with remnants of tears in his eyes.

“Then- I love you too, Sivs!” he laughs. Sivs, still at a loss for words, decided to return the hug he was given, smiling too.

They then spent the rest of the night talking and enjoying each other’s presence.

He saw Sivs.
