2) sports/instructing. idk activities like that make me feel whole again and i like introducing people to a new hobby/sport and seeing their faces light up when they fall in love with it or make a new connection and get better
3) creativity. dancing, writing/reading on here, doing my makeup in the morning- all forms of self expression that empower me so much
4) music. that’s it that’s all.
5) nature. my pets or the fireflies in the back yard idc all of it never fails to bring serenity to my smile
