The ride is silent.
At least for a certain time until Taehyung tries to fill up the tense silence. If Taehyung asks you something, you give him a very short and curt answer, which under different circumstances you would feel bad about. But with your body still tense and heart beating wildly against your ribcage, youโre too nervous to focus on his deep voice full of worry and pity. You donโt do it on purpose though, you appreciate him trying to distract you from your evident fear of not knowing where you are going and what will happen. You donโt know them after all and thatโs clear to him, he gets it.
So, he starts telling you how the store you both coincidentally were in at the same time was their third one they tried and actually found something edible and useful. Apparently, the stores nearby are either completely empty or filled with undeads. Each journey they take in need to find something, to survive, is well planned and surely, there is a huge risk for everyone thatโs going.

The building youโre stuck in is a local patisserie. It has a small entryway separated with two long flower pots on both sides, the fake flowers inside them are the only thing that looks lively here. Ironically.
It looks like a small store, judging the number of small round tables in total is five. Display case for where used to be cakes, pastries and deserts is now completely empty, a thin layer of dust already collecting on top of it. Knowing the worldโs situation, it had to be closed before any undeads started making an appearance during the pandemic.
But you donโt notice any of these things, not until Yoongi comes back from the back with a flashlight beam lighting up the room. Youโve taken the chance of him looking around to look as well.
He completely ignores you though, thatโs until he turns around and notices your raised brow.
โIt seems like thereโs an apartment upstairs but itโs locked,โ he mutters indirectly to you, head turned elsewhere as he scans the place. โWeโre stuck here.โ
