you know owning a house is all fun and games until you start to realize it's a lifetime commitment. like it's not a breathing entity but you really do have to make sure it's ok. make sure that you have the resources available to make sure you can make the repairs necessary. it's not a child, but it fucking might as well be for all the effort you're putting in to maintain it.
