Integral yoga is that. A philosophy that follows #SwamiAsuriKapila philosophy and we put together many styles and philosophy in the same method. Why be prisoner to a single path if we aren’t tight? 🧘🏻‍♂️ Integral yoga of Portugal taught me that every challenge has to be faced. When first lockdown came in 2 days we got an alternative to all our students and people in the yoga teachers training. All course were adapted to new ways of teach and people finished as a presencial course.
