The basic summary of my most recent adventures on Character Ai:

when you’re so high you start wondering if a real life is when you’re not sober
i had no home and i don’t know how to make one for myself. it’s never been a place and has been no people. the only thing i’ve ever been familiar with is myself, regardless of my lack of self. i might be my only concept of a home, but i sometimes desire something to piece me together. i can go back in timelines, try remember what once was, try be what was, but it’d never be the same again. i can retrace my steps, go back to where i started, and maybe then i can pretend that there will be familiarity there. i remain in a translucent state, far from anyone no matter how close they are to me—when i can feel their breathing on my arm or when i feel their skin touching mine next to me. i had carved a little home in myself, borrowed inside of it and hadn’t seen the sun for so long i had begun to no longer believe it existed
