They hate eachother, but Realex can’t do anything about it so sucks to suck, or sucks to have your identity stolen, something something. Realex haunts Faklex as a ghost, but unlike Ms. Immortal he isn’t the same type of “special” ghost as her so he’s invisible to non-demons or ghost-seeing people. Just a normal ghost, a dead guy who watched over the “college campus” run by peopoe who look like they’re either under severe debt or will go insane. Dolly didn’t know about the “Demon-Human” shenanigans and only found out when Alex got his identity stolen.

(None of this canon, this is just me trying to give personality to a character who has no character. Please bring back (Real) Alex I think he’d be great suffering or horror fodder!)

As much as I would love an angsty Baldi-Alex dynamic, I think it’d be infinitely funnier if Alex just acted like a functioning person when in the presence of Baldi. It’s not out of compassion or kindness, he just thinks it’s… Interesting? Funny? Whatever the word for “Doing random stuff then seeing what happens” is. And it’s not like he’s sparing any violence, since while he’s acting “functional” he’s also enabling Baldi’s violent tendencies. Ruining lives good for you! You don’t need to be the one comitting the crime to ruin someone’s life afterall…
