Day 4 - Favorite reaper

Yashiro, since she is so dedicated to getting that promotion, it’s adorable. I imagine her finally getting one and being way too overjoyed on that day.

After learning that he and his siblings would be getting time off to relax for a little while, Strife decided that exploring Earth and seeing how Humanity has changed would be a nice experience.

As he journeyed, he kept hearing of a concert that many humans have been showing much excitement over. Curious as to why, the Rider of the White Horse decided to do some research. Song after song, video after video, Strife would gain an come to understand why people would be excited for what some would describe as a sound of "Order and Chaos clashing and mixing."

As he was going about getting his ticket, the Horseman had an idea. Many say that seeing a concert by yourself is one thing, but seeing it with people close to you can almost enhance the experience and make it more memorable. So the Gungslinger bought not just one ticket, but four.

For reference I guess, here's pictures of the all the bands. In order they are: GWAR, Mudvayne, Mushroomhead, and Slipknot.

Hey Hori! Hope your day is going well!

Here's something funny to imagine: The Horsemen get couple days off, or something like that, so Strife decides to get them tickets to a concert with a line-up people have only dreamed of. What would you say is the Horsemen's reactions to seeing this guy up on stage with the rest of Slipknot?

Death: Humanity certainly has….’taste’

Strife: Pffft, that guy pulls off the “hard metal reaper” look better then you, old man.

War: What I don’t understand is why this is considered music? What is the purpose of this screaming, if not for a cry to arms?

Fury: Not everyone understands art, little brother.

I imagine it went like:

“Brother!”

“Sister!”

*affectionate headbutt*

That’s how I greet people sometimes too.

Anyways, my specialty is finding things that don’t matter and wondering about them.

Logan’s just in a simple tux- it’s what makes him happiest. Even now, he doesn’t like to stick out much, and the classic black-tie look suits him anyway.

Kurt’s definitely in something designer though- sleek and complimenting, and colored so it brings out his stunning gold eyes. It’s a bit more theatrical than the rest of their group. He’s wearing a cape, because of course he is. His partner’s toddler finds the cape amusing, so it’s a winning look in his book.

The girls dresses both match to a certain degree- in color at least. They were made at the same time Jubilee’s outfit was, so lots of the same shimmery yellow and blue fabrics.

Laura’s dress boasts a fluffy skirt that hits her knees, with layers of yellow and blue tulle and accents in navy. She’s got a masquerade mask on a stick that somewhat er resembles the mask of her father’s costume, which she finds she’d much rather use as a sword while playing with the other few kids her age at the party or pillaging the shrimp platter.

Gabby, being only 3, is dressed far more simply, and by far more comfortably. A nicer looking but still soft shirt, yellow and blue to match her sister’s, with bright pink accents that match with Jubilee. There’s lace at the end of the long sleeves, and a blue tutu that fits over a pair of comfy shorts they brought her from home. Highest fashion for a toddler, of course. She loses a shoe somewhere over the course of the evening and then spends the last leg of the party asleep and being shuffled between her father, her stepfather, and her brother’s arms.

Akihiro-…he’s probably wearing the most relaxed looking outfit at the gala. Black leather pants (lord knows where he got those), a dressy, floral printed silk shirt, that he has, fittingly, left mostly unbuttoned, and his ever present pair of aviators, though he seems to have swapped them for a pair with gold accents. It takes Logan all of his willpower not to say anything when he shows up like that ten minutes before they all head out, but he does give his eldest credit for the fact that he’d done his hair very nicely and, despite all else, looked comparatively formal to his usual look.

Now as to how the Dad!AU fam behaves at the Hellfire Gala? That’s a tale for another post 😌
