I don't believe people who say they sleep more than like 6 or 7 hours a night. I don't believe that's real

Why is talking to oneself considered a weird thing and something that "crazy" people do? Like um talking to yourself is fun?? Like I'm actually not sure if I'm messed up or if there's just a messed up idea of what's okay for people to do
