ngl, this question made me confused at first because i never remembered trashing on him on HERE b4, but you might've come from my insta. i think? i actually have no idea, but i'll answer this anyways (because i love asks !!)
i swear i don't actually hate him that much, i just love to exaggerate things. he's just not my cup of tea, i guess? his personality isn't one that i like all that much. like, walking up to someone to see how they're doing and half the stuff they say is about how depressing their life is n the other half is how lonely they are isn't all that appealing 💀. plus, he just gives me "nice guys finish last" "m'lady" vibes when it comes to his feelings for emily. i believe he's the type of person who could be happy but doesn't want to put in the effort because he's too afraid of change.
but i'm not gonna knock anyone's tastes if you DO like him n think he's one of the best characters. (i'm literally an ADAM (sk8) fan ╮(￣▽￣"")╭ )
