Oh, that’s just because I enjoy spice and plants, and I needed something to do with my hands. The pastime stuck with me, and I had to start selling the produce because it would have overflowed any storage space I had and I didn’t want to throw it all away every year.

That, and the colors - the reds, oranges, yellows - I find them beautiful.
