I think the reason why im so thin is because I barely move around, literally I barely move or exercise.
in doing so I also barely eat, probably 1-2 meals and 1 snack a day, my appetite is non existent it’s scary.
Anyone else in my position?
went shopping for boots today, didn’t end up buying any and walked out feeling insecure.
sales lady commented on my body saying I have “chicken legs” umm does that mean my upper body is fat?

I get so annoyed when I see a cute pair of jeans and they don’t come in my size…

My dream aesthetic

Where do all of you skinny girls shop?
Doxycycline cleared my acne immediately!
when I tell you my skin texture was flawless.. believe me it was so amazing
I used to get really hard blind pimples and fungal acne on my forehead and it all cleared up once I started taking doxycycline.
as someone who has an ocd habit of feeling my skin for any bumps or texture, I had no bumps to feel or pick on my skin for 5 months
Sadly the medication has a down period and I had to stop taking it.. but wow it worked miracles.
Now I’m finding every way to get rid of my acne for the down period, I’ll be looking into diet, macros, gut health, hormones/ hormone balancing, skincare
..I’ll be adding my research soon in another post.
Drinking 3L + a day caused me to have facial bloat which made me look fat😱
and to my discovery here is why… that water measurement is
NOT for everyone!!
here is some info I found from the web:
overdrinking water can potentially cause water retention and facial bloating. When you consume excessive amounts of water, your kidneys may struggle to excrete the excess fluid efficiently, leading to temporary water retention (lasting from a few hours to an entire day). This can manifest as bloating, particularly noticeable in the face and around the eyes.
What the hell?? Then how much should I be drinking?
let’s find out mathematically…
This is the base Formula:
your weight (in kg) x 35 (base hydration factor) = total daily water intake
Now what if we are doing exercises? Then it will get a little bit more complicated.
you will have to add on the additional ml of water depending on what exercises you do.
Light Exercise:
Additional Water: Around 250-500 ml/day
Example: Walking, yoga, casual cycling
Moderate Exercise:
Additional Water: Around 500-750 ml/day
Example: Jogging, swimming, recreational sports
Intense Exercise:
Additional Water: Around 750-1000 ml/day or more
Example: High-intensity interval training (HIIT), competitive sports, endurance activities
TW: my extreme low weight
(my own body weight water intake calculated)
Example Calculation with my weight:
Base hydration = 40 kg × 35 ml/kg/day = 1400 ml/day.
I rounded up my weight but basically I need to drink 1400 a day if I don’t exercise.
Adding moderate exercise factor:
Total daily water intake = 1400 ml/day + 500 ml = 1900 ml/day.
Conclusion:
I should drink approximately 1.9 liters (1900 ml) of water daily to maintain hydration needs if I exercise. I was drinking WAY too much.. no wonder my face looked so round, it was from drinking around 2.5 trying to reach 3L litres of water all day.

getting straight to the point below ⤵️
What causes bloat?
1. Water retention: consuming excessive salt (sodium) causes the body to retain water, leading to puffiness in the face and other parts of the body.
2. Dehydration: not drinking enough water. How much water to drink:
Daily water intake (in milliliters)=Body weight in kilograms×Recommended amount of water per kg.
For me currently it’s 1390.5 ml but because I want to look extra hydrated I aim for 1500 ml
3. Alcohol consumption: don’t drink if you wanna be beautiful it does you more bad than good.
4. High sodium intake: read (1)
The recommended ratio for managing facial bloating:
Potassium: Aim for 3,500 to 4,700 milligrams per day.
Sodium: Keep intake below 2,300 milligrams per day, or ideally around 1,500 milligrams if sensitive to sodium.
5. Allergies or Sensetivities: allergies or sensitivities to certain foods, medications, or environment. Visit a doctor for an allergy test, it will help with acne and gut health too.
6. High fibre: carbs high in fibre (signs: gas)
7. Sugar alcohols: (such as sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol) found in candy, chewing gum,
