We are a complex being. We are here to evolve and to be integral with mind 🧠, body 💪🏼 and soul 👻. When first lockdown came in 2 days we got an alternative to all our students and people in the yoga teachers training. All course were adapted to new ways of teach and people finished as a presencial course.
