Being on my feet since 6:30am, and having an off day on deadlifts is not a good combo y’all, but hey we have those off days and wee just have to do better next time!!! 515x1 RPE8.5, then 2x455x5, last set I gased the fuck out and did 3 reps, this was cardio!!!
