i'm moving to spain in a couple of weeks for university, do you have any tips or advice for me? it's the first time i go abroad for a long period of time (one year) and also the first time i live without my family. i'd be lying if i said i'm not scared lol.

I failed an important exam last year and now that I'm going to give it a try again in one month, I'm so scared... scared to fail it again despite all the work I've put into. I don't know why but I can't bring myself to believe that everything is going to be okay... Any advices...?

failing, unfortunately, is part of our growth process and i think that many institutions (especially school) consider failure as something shameful, something that must be punished. yet it is only by making mistakes that we really learn things. it's so paradoxical to be scared of failure, because failure is inevitable, it's part of life, we should accept it, feel good about it, yet society doesn't let us do it, it just makes us feel guilty, like we're wasting time, like we weren't enough. it is not so. we are doing everything right, even if we make mistakes sometimes.

you don't want to look back and wish you had worked a little harder.
