There is no conceivable way someone who just had their nose broken and lip busted open from a full force headbutt the night before would be able to make a facial expression like that without being in searing fucking agony, nor would they be able to hide the inevitable facial swelling that would be present around their eyes, nose and lips.

Everyone knows the standard of proof in a civil trial is significantly lower than that of a criminal trial, which is beyond a reasonable doubt, but if “she’s probably telling the truth” is sufficient to you then pop off I guess.
