Last week was the first time a woman commented to tell me that her ex has started calling her ‘Amber’ as an insult.
Then another woman commented that her husband threatened her and when she cried, he called her ‘Amber’
I’ve started seeing more and more comments.
This morning I woke up to a comment from a woman who said her ex was screaming at her in front of their daughter so she asked him to stop screaming and lower his voice and he said ‘Ok Miss Heard’ and DARVO her.
The fact that these comments appear to be from women from different countries, different ages, different backgrounds and yet men are starting to use ‘Amber’ and ‘Miss Heard’ as an insult is fucking terrifying.
I keep finding myself questioning what the real agenda was of televising this trial, and the media coverage of it.
What was the real purpose of tearing apart a woman like this for the whole world to watch on YouTube and Tiktok with their popcorn?

Okay. I'm going to make EXACTLY one more post on this hellsite because I'm so tired of seeing AH stans literally twist the entire meaning of the verdict to fit their narrative. Either because they're willfully doing it on purpose, or they're too dumb to understand how to read the verdict.
The statement that the jury deemed defamatory in AH's favor was this one: "Quite simply this was an ambush, a hoax. They set Mr. Depp up by calling the cops, but the first attempt didn’t do the trick. The officers came to the penthouses, thoroughly searched and interviewed, and left after seeing no damage to face or property. So Amber and her friends spilled a little wine and roughed the place up, got their stories straight under the direction of a lawyer and publicist, and then placed a second call to 911.”
Because they did not meet the burden of proof in regards to the specific sequence Waldmen lists, the jury had to consider this defamatory. IT DOES NOT PROVE AH IS A VICTIM OF ABUSE.
All it means is that they couldn't prove AH and her friends specifically destroyed the penthouse that night to deceive the cops. It doesn't mean they didn't do it, it just means it couldn't be proven from evidence admitted from the trial. And that's why it was ruled defamatory.
It refers to one specific incident. Moreover, they did not award Heard punitive damages because the jury did not think JD did anything deserving of punishment. Adam Waldman made the statement, but because he worked for Depp, she won on a technicality.
Please actually attempt to understand a verdict before spouting nonsense.

A whopping 96% of psychologists in the US aren’t board certified, so by their asinine logic the overwhelming majority of ppl who practice psychology for a living are completely incompetent and non credible yet still have their license.
To those still harping on about Dr. Curry because she's not board certified, does that also mean that relationship and mental health counselors provided by hospital services, friends and family are all liars? They all have no right to an opinion? They're not allowed to see what's right in front of them, break things down, use common sense and offer advice to help someone? Wouldn't you take the word of a friend whose partner had cheated on them if they suspected yours was too? Wouldn't you take a friend's mental health advice just as easily as your therapist's? She didn’t even pay the “6 million dollars in legal fees”, her insurance did which in turn got her sued again. And it was way over $6 million, as I counted in the filings, it’s at least $10million+ before trial even started because Elaine is racking up that debt in shit motions.
I don’t even want to know how much it is during trial and now after trial with these bullshit juror motions. Easily paid ~$100,000 to find all that information about the “fake juror”.
And now since the debt is so high, neither insurance company want to pay the millions in legal fees, plus the large judgement owed to Johnny. So they been going back forth since 2018, and now opened this recent suit against AH.
