Y’all see my dilemma right? I wanna be skinny but I wanna be thick and curvy. But most of all I just wanna be beautifully perfect. But if I gain weight to get the curves my face n arms n shoulders are fat. If I lose the weight, my face is skinny n dainty n my arms n shoulders, but I lose my ass n hips n chichis. To add to that if I get to my ugw I’ll be called a tweaker or crackhead bc of how skinny I’d get.

I like fasting after relapsing bc it’s like a kick start I guess. But I’ve been having the shits all day n they’re runny as fuck too. But I also got the little euphoric feeling of fasting n I love the skinny high.

I’m rlly disappointed with myself for not fasting for a whole 24 hours, I was 4 hours away and still fucked up. I forgot how it felt to fast n how much I piss out my ass.

I should’ve done more cardio today but I was wayyyy to sleep deprived n hungry which resulted in me being rlly anxious n paranoid. Anyway tuna was rlly good but I hate how high in calories mayo is. AND THE MCDONALDS CARAMEL FRAP?? crazy good but crazy high in calories. I also tried to make a wrap with the carrots but it got all messed up so I just mixed it and it bothered me how messy it was n not organized.


Today I’ll be having a sleep over with my friends so I’m trying to make sure I burn as much as I can because we be eATINGGG when we’re together. I’m so excited but I’m so fucking hungry, I’ll be watching what I eat but if I end up binging I’m gonna fast the next day for as long as I can. I made my bf chorizo n papas with egg n I wanted to make some for myself but I remembered how august is my month for a restart, I NEED to be skinny for autumn. I still took a bite tho just one bite, one bite won’t hurt right ?

Bc of the nausea n heat n my cats kittens I didn’t get any cardio in. I’ll try to burn some calories tmrw.
