I-I keep thinking about this

So, in AJ, Kristoph's Black Psyche-Locks appeared when Phoenix asked for his motive for killing Zak Gramarye. In DD, it's revealed that Black Psyche-Locks "represent a secret that an individual keeps subconsciously, without even being aware of it"
Is having Black Psyche-Locks the same as having dissociative amnesia? 'Cause if it is, then Kristoph has mental illness, and he can use his conditions to get off a verdict, like Yanni Yogi in the DL-6 case.
But it seems that Kristoph didn't know that, that's why he is incarcerated. Maybe he got a life sentence or death penalty, maybe he only has to be jailed in 10 years for Shadi Smith's murder, assuming that he didn't get charged for Drew Misham's murder. (I’m not sure about this, I haven’t done much research about Japanese law)
And there is only one person who knows about Kristoph's Black Psyche-Locks and his mental illness.
Phoenix Wright
His enemy.
What will Phoenix do with this information? It turns out that the person who ruined his life for 7 years didn't remember his motive for murder, and (presumably) what he said at Vera's trial may not even be the truth, just some build-up reasons that the man eventually believes in it. Will Phoenix somehow help the man get a lighter sentence with that information (since they used to be "friends"), or will he keep it a secret and let his enemy rot in jail as what he deserved?
Is it because I'm a weeb, or did Odoroki calling Garyuu "sensei" make their relationship seem deeper than Apollo and Kristoph?
He stopped calling Garyuu like that in 4-4 tho...

About the betrayal of Phoenix and Kristoph...
Who betrayed who in the end? Because clearly, Kristoph couldn't betray Phoenix. To betray, trust has to exist first, but from the start, Phoenix didn't have any trust in Kristoph. That's why even if Kristoph wanted, he couldn't betray Phoenix.
But Kristoph, somehow, trusted Phoenix to some extent in 4-1. Well, at least, he wanted to pin the murder onto Orly and not Phoenix. He must feel some kind of betrayal when Phoenix accused him.
But that's what he got when placed trust in someone whose life he ruined.

So a while ago I almost drew AA4 Ema but instead drew Maya so yesterday when I felt like drawing again I decided to draw Ema!
I drew her disappointed (or at least tried to, still gotta work on drawing emotions) and I don't mind how it turned out though I think her torso is unfortunately a bit small... oh well hopefully my next drawing of her looks better! Also I drew her with freckles because in my mind that makes sense for her.
Now time for a potentially controversial opinion... Ema Skye is my favourite detective. To be clear, love Gumshoe, he's great, wonderful guy, but, interacting with Ema in AJ/AA4 and, seeing her being so fucken jaded, so done with life (than again who isn't in AJ, everyone is depressed in that game), and everyone around her, leads to a lot of interesting interactions and, I would on purpose present random shit to her because her reactions where always worth seeing imo.
I think of course her being in 1-5 adds a lot to this as we know how hopeful she was as a teen and now, she's the same age Phoenix was at that point (well technically a year older but still) and well, even he's not doing well but she clearly still cares about him as the white powder (which I'm fully convinced Phoenix made sound like something illegal to Apollo on purpose to mess with him) makes her go from being a brick wall to Trucy and Apollo to being super helpful.
I also love her design so much, even if her pants are peak mid-late 2000's (which checks out given the year this game released) her look still slays and fits her character so well!
I could probably go on longer but I think you all get why I like Ema so much (at least I hope!) and I hope you enjoyed this post!

What I thought under the cut (has AA4 spoilers)
I honestly thought he look like a cockroach and as a result found his hair really funny! I'm pretty sure he's meant to look like a bunny cuz his Trucy's half brother, Trucy does magic tricks, it makes sense and, I can kinda see it.
But not super well cuz to me it just looks more like a cockroach so I'm curious to see how many people who decide to take this poll think similar.
it pisses me off how trucy is paler than BOTH of her parents so i quickly threw together a color adjustment
✧ A couple of silly AA drawings ✧
Few days ago I originally do to a page in my sketchbook that was dedicated to going wild with my fluro paints... that didn't happen and instead I decided to draw my personal hc of what Trucy and Apollo look like when they perceive. This hc is inspired by people typing joke references to the perceive ability with the two eye emojis, for example saying something like this "Apollo when he see's the witness lying: 👁️👁️" because the idea of their eyes looking so cartoonishly bit and uncanny is unreasonably funny to me XD.
Than I drew a random Trucy who's wearing a crop top with sunflower on it cuz she do be around a lot of lawyers and the cards coming out of her hat kinda have meanings, the 8 of diamonds have same meaning as they do in this fanart I did, the 7 of hearts is of course a reference to the 7 yr gap which, I see as a bittersweet time for Trucy as I'm sure she felt loved by Phoenix but at the same time, she still lost her bio Dad and didn't grow up in the best circumstances, hence why the card has hearts but is black, than the ace is a lazy reference to case 4-1 :P.
Than after the drawings were done I got out the paints and well, unfortunately the paint and glitter glue around the perceive the page got wet and some of the ink from the last page bleed threw :( than a tissue got on the page and stuck :[ I could've fixed this by painting over these areas again buuuuuut, I didn't feel like it :> and sketchbooks are meant to be messy (right?) so I think it's fine (✿^‿^)
