         It doesn't feel real.

         Waking up to all his friends surrounding him, some tearful, some worn out yet accepting, some relieved that he finally, finally would no longer run away from them. That he put an end to his crusade / isolation  ( there's so much he wants to say, to apologize, it's all swelling inside his chest, he can barely breathe under the weight of it all ). Heading back to UA, being able to see everyone once more, to see his mom again.

         All the heartfelt words his classmates aimed at his careful shield / heart as they overcame the summit of the wall he erected over the mind numbing months. For a moment the threat of All for One simply fades to the background. A dull buzz as opposed to the overwhelming static that consumed his every walking thought.

         It feels like something out of a dream. Still, there one thing Izuku wants to check. Needs to.
