christmas love’s theme of remembering the feeling of youth and being free from responsibilities complements so well with inner child with how it tells its past self that he’s going to change to be like that again… vmin eternal soulmates truly
jimin saying he wrote christmas love as a way of remembering a happy memory from his childhood and that he wants to share it with us through this difficult times… that’s true love right there
i love yoongi so much his words and the way he looks at AND towards himself is truly something i strive to have for myself too
i could just imagine yoongi getting lost in his writing, thinking he wrote for hours then when he says he's done writing and asks for the time they'll say “its only been 30 minutes???"
everytime bangtan talks about their music i always envision them getting lost in it– as if stuck in a haze, like remembering a happy memory, or getting 'drunk' on the feeling of it. im so thankful i've met such passionate people. thank u, bts
yoongi loves the boys quietly but the boys love and admire him loudly so they can show us off how much their suga hyung loves them
yoongi writes lyrics like he's writing on a journal; it's simple, it's relatable, and every song has a 'mind' of its own. he writes when he's contented, frustrated, or sick and tired of things. it's all laid out there and it's ours for the taking.
talking about yoongi's lyricism reminded me of that weekend where i listened to nothing but honsool & dear my friend back to back because the sound resonated w me and it's lyrics are literally the most practical and almost relatable lyric i've ever come across in a while
namjoon was actually the member that got me to actually stan bts because when i saw some of his lyrics at first i was so impressed with his creative way of writing lyrics as if it's taken out of a poetry book so imagine my surprise when i discovered yoongi's songwriting style because it reminded me so much of louis tomlinson's songwriting in a way that it's simple, it's relatable, it's not sugar-coated and it's so in-your-face without being offensive to anyone u know? namgi's songwriting is so different from eo but their resourcefulness to create music out of topics and messages they wanted to convey using their own style is what makes them two of the best lyricists i have ever had the pleasure of knowing. seriously. i think that's also one of the reasons why respect is a very underrated but very powerful song that shows just how it's a perfect mix of both yoongi and joon personality, lyric, and sound-wise.

this is one of the things that surprised me the most when i first learned that they write & produce most of their songs. not every artist is blessed enough to be given this amount of creative freedom, especially if they belong in a group. im thankful that when it comes to individual projects, it's the members who takes full credit in the hard work they've put into creating the music they wanted to create in the first place. TIL, yet again, that bts is truly something else.
song request feels like the best friend you've always had but haven't seen in so long. despite all the time youve spent apart, seeing eo again and basking in eo's warmth and comfort and growth makes it all so, so worth it.

bangtan getting nominated for both the grammys and the kma in the same year is proof itself that all their hard work for the past 7+ years is paying off and they have established themselves everywhere in the very same foundation they have worked so hard on.

yoongi and jungkook looks like the type to communicate through gentle actions and i like to think black swan's choreography invokes a certain feeling to the audience everytime it's performed, that's why the last black swan performance hurts more than it should. the music of black swan and the performance of black swan are two different forms of art that, when performed together, deserves all the critical acclaim on its own.
abyss, if im not mistaken, was the first new original i got from solo bangtan after becoming a fan of them and when i tell u that song came at the perfect time for me when i was struggling and feeling really low and disappointed at myself to let me know that im not alone and that feeling those things sometimes is normal and its okay to share it to special people if you feel like you cant do it by yourself anymore. thank you seokjin for letting me feel, and open up, and find time to heal.
yoongi gets shy when he's being given compliments but he never gets shy in showing his affection and support to special people around him, sometimes even going out of his way just to express it in the best way. yoongi loves LOUD, just not in the same way as everybody else. ♡
love it when tannies repeatedly says that they were all destined to meet, that the 7 of them being together is meant to happen, that even if they were all strangers in the beginning they all found a common factor in each other and it's their love and devotion for music.

you know when a group genuinely likes what they do when their achievements continue to double every year as much as the amount of work they do, allowing them to reach more people and inspire more lives. so proud

this reminded me of the yoonjin kkul fm last year when yoongi said something along the lines of "we may not look like it, but we film a lot of content that we don't exactly know when they're coming out" because it's a big indication that they're still there!! they most likely lurk on their socials and just read what fans have to say, or people around them tell them. THEY ARE AWARE. they don't leave us hanging, they are just trying to give us the best content that they know we would love. shouldn't we be thankful for that instead? bts is a group of hardworking people and as much as i miss them when they're mia it comforts me knowing that they are somewhere out there, doing what they love, for all of us to see and experience together in the future ♡
how it feels to listen to BE by BTS.
life goes on is the friend who's always by your side but being with them never feels dull or boring; their personality brings warmth to any room they walk into.
fly to my room just reminds me of the feeling of being young to it's very core– sneaking out with friends, getting in trouble together, and living your life in the space you feel most comfortable with– your most special friends. ♡

telepathy is the hug you give a close friend you haven't seen in a long while– it feels new again, but it's warm & familiar all the same. your time apart has both helped you grown in ways you both couldn't imagine & you can't wait to share your experiences with each other.
dis-ease is the soundtrack of the summer of a 2000's coming of age movie because simply hearing it gives us that exact visual and overall vibe.
stay is the song you hear when you invite friends over on a hot summer's day and you end up playing and having fun the whole day that you end up asking them to stay for the night too. and so the fun continues with the late night talks.
dynamite is the song you listen to on your way home, where at first you're just nodding along to the beat and then you slowly start to do happy skips while walking without you even realizing it. frankly, it's the song to make your day.

one of the best things i have learned about bts is the fact that they can all coexist in one space even if they're doing their own thing… they're so comfortable in e/o's space that simply being altogether is ENOUGH
i like to think that yoongi holds and touches special people around him so gently and delicately because it's his love language and his way of saying that 'these people are very important to me and i care for them a lot' and it makes me love him a little more today.
run bts became the tannies safe space in creating fun content not only for themselves but also for their fans and now that the show has developed in a larger scale im so thankful that they're using it now to open up about topics such as mental health:
