Swap!Kinger is the one to abstract in this AU. Before he abstracted, Swap!Kinger was a strong figure to the rest of the cast. He taught them different skills and was the reason among all the noise.

so i had an idea for an AO3 fic. Modern superhero/villan/superpowers AU where Owen, Krow, and Apo are roommates. Owen has the power of metal manipulation, Apo can control plants, and Krow has two powers; one being the ability to control and travel through shadows and be able to hide its demon features [horns, claws, tail] which most people assume the opposite of; that it’s second power is to turn into a demon. Apo is a vigilante, Owen is a hero, and Krow is kind of a morally grey character; it helps people in need but also does small crimes like theft and arson on abandoned buildings; the hero organization classifies it as a vigilante tho. they all try (and fail) to hide their identities from each other, so it’s very comical how sus one of them can act and the other two are way too tired to notice. more later, is getting late. byeeee o/
Genshin took over my life and I'm now going to make my hyperfixation of it everyone's problem
Some time ago, I really, REALLY got into Genshin Impact and it has, without a doubt, taken over my life.
Recently, I read two pretty cool fics on Ao3; "Wards of the Wind" by Kiri_Kaitou_Clover and "Just a Boy" by Karmitara, which... both had me cooking.
I have a funky Genshin AU / Story Idea I want to info dump about! I call it "A Thousand Winds in a Windless Land"!
The general gist of it is that during the Cataclysm, Barbatos is sent to kill the Khanri'ahn heir, baby Kaeya, however, Barbatos is unable to bring himself to kill him and hands him over to Dainsleif who escapes into the Abyss while Barbatos distracts the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles.
Of course, they (because I stan gender-neutral Venti) lose. Normally, such actions would result in execution, however, the Sustainer is unable to kill Barbatos without consequences that probably involve Istaroth, so instead, she seals Barbatos away, but still tells all the Archons that she killed them to prevent any more rebellious behaviour.
Before they get sealed away, however, Barbatos transfers their powers over to their siblings; the Thousand Winds, putting them on the same power level as the adepti of Liyue, and then Barbatos transfers their soul into a vessel in the form of a wisp similar to the rest of the wisps so that they can keep helping out in Teyvat in secret. After sealing Barbatos away, the Sustainer goes to destroy Mondstadt as part of Barbatos' punishment, but because of the Thousand Winds' power up, they are able to defeat the sustainer and send her and Celestia into a slumber after she'd been weakened by the Cataclysm.
Afterwards, the Wind Wisps essentially became divine protectors of Mondstadt, similar to the Four Winds and Liyue’s adepti. They’re also able to have human forms, identifiable by their white hair and anemo-coloured tips and eyes. They mostly stay in Mondstadt but are also known to live in other nations alongside people they decide to stick to.
I imagine that the inclusion of the wisps and the presence of Barbatos (who calls themself Nye since their identity as Venti has been compromised) changes a lot of things that I'll probably cover in another post lol. But I like to imagine that some of the wisps decided to stick around with anemo users and residents of Mondstadt, as well as people who are just generally fighting for freedom as well as the archons. I also like to imagine that a wisp decides to stick around with Dainsleif, and as for the Traveller? The wisp who follows him around is literally just Nye/Venti lol
I don't really know what the Mondstadt quest will be since I plan for Dvalin to be cured :PP
I am also a sucker for Venti & Tsaritsa shenanigans and like to headcanon that they have a sibling relationship, so I imagine that around half of the animosity she feels towards the other archons is probably Barbatos related. She's mad at Morax because he was the one in charge of making sure that Barbatos would kill Kaeya, she was originally not as disappointed towards Beelzebub and was even a little sympathetic towards her until she decided to take the coward's way out and hide away in her Plane of Euthymia and leave an emotionless puppet to rule her people, but the Tsaritsa probably has nothing really against Buer and Focalors since there was genuinely nothing they could have done since neither of them become archons until after the Cataclysm. I'm not sure what Murata's role should be in all of this yet, but I do know that the Tsaritsa probably also really blames herself for not being able to prevent Barbatos' fate. My brother even suggested that maybe she was the one who was originally supposed to kill Kaeya, but because she refused, the duty was pushed onto Barbatos.

working name(?): The Amazing Digital Mer-Park
overview/concept: The circus is replaced with a massive waterpark, each character getting their own section of it that's themed off their personality as well as what their section of the park is dedicated to! while it hasnt been decided who does what yet some examples are:
swimming classes
food, drinks, and treats
water shows
I've also mixed in some mermaid stuff and theming since each character has their own sea creature/animal (based on their personality or what i think suits them best) that they turn into, like a mermaid ofc. I actually have the offical list for this since its like teh only thing ive decided fully on lol (under the cut aswell as more info)

game overview: The concept for as a "game" is that its a free roam pick your own team sorta adventure. At the start of the game the player would originally get to choose which section of the waterpark they want to go to. This is where they would choose to be a "visitor" (temporary so you can go to other sections of the water park and check them all out or just enjoy the mini games) or they can choose to be an "employee" in which you would help the AIS/Characters with whatever their section is based on or does! its a major wip and im planning on messing around with it but that's kinda the basics as of now

So I’m a big fan of transformers, the movies are amazing, the action is killer, I hyper-fixate every time I watch the movies.
So I brought you all hear for an au idea, Transformers and the Witcher. At first? I thought of Optimus Prime being like Vesemir, and the rest like the wolves. Be hella cool. But hear me out okay?
Geralt is the guy who contacts the first Atuobots, and her name is Roach. I do want to stick to Optimus Prime being like Vesemir because I think that would be really cool.
Maybe some backstory is Geralt, Eskel and Lambert run a car shop, all three end up meeting Roach. We also get to meet Scorpion who takes Eskel’s side, and then Storm, who’s stubborn enough to take Lambert.
I do want Yennefer, Ciri and Jaskier to be there. Yennefer is a federal Agent who works with the Autobots, getting top secret files to the next big guy, her and Geralt had a fling a while back but decided to keep it friendly. Ciri is Geralt’s goddaughter, who stays with Geralt, Eskel and Lambert along with Roach, Scorpian and Storm, trust me they all swore to keep that kid safe no mater what. Jaskier? Jaskier is Yennefer’s partner. New and young, good with words and good with getting them into situations Yennefer wants.
Jaskier’s first meeting with Geralt, his brothers and the transformers, goes pleasently well. Scorpian loves him, he’s funny, Storm doesn’t like him and Roach doesn’t seem to care. What they don’t know, and soon figure out, is that Jaskier first found Prime and that even though Prime drives mostly himself, he has a soft spot for Jaskier. It’s funny because when they first meet, Jaskier pats the hood and smiles, saying “he likes to be called Vesemir” Geralt, Eskel and Lambert have a new appreciation towards Jaksier, the cars opinions doesn’t change but Roach learns to warm up to him.
During this time, Jaskier and Geralt warm up to each other nicely ;) dates and possibly a little more, but they are absolutely badass working together with the Autobots. I think it’s a silly but cute idea, and I’m absolutely going to forever think about this idea.

Hey, it's me. I decided to stop procrastinating and do something with this au. I'll start with something easy. Talking about what their designs will be. No, I'm not gonna draw them. A 5 year old draws better than me. What I'm gonna do is reblog this post with design ideas for this au. If anyone wants to draw them, I'd love that. But, it's unlikely that's gonna happen. But right after this post, I'm gonna do the first reblog character design. So, if anyone decides to stop by the blog, enjoy the ideas.
Why can't Danny's friends and family come back as ghosts after they croak? I've read multiple fanfics where they die and just don't get to come back in the ghosts zone
Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy seeing the ghost child go through several layers of angst and pain, but shouldn't his friends and family come back as ghosts? I've seen headcanons that claim Amity Park has high levels of ecto energy and that's why there's so many ghosts and why it's so common people who die turn into one. So, shouldn't they also be able to come back as one?
Imagine the humor potential there. Resident ghost hunters jack and Maddie now have their world's flipped as they now realize "oh fuck. We ghosts now. What do?". Or perhaps they're weirdly into it and begin delving deep into ghost research as ghosts
Danny won't have to worry about hiding his ghost identity because his family are ghosts now, so he probably won't have to worry about being vivisected. Plus, he probably won't turn into Dan as he still technically has a family, minus the pulse and flesh

Just got a good au idea-
It, of course, has nomu midoriya, with rody x deku. (Becaus I am WEAK for that ship-).
Right after deku gets blackwhip, so around season 5? Before shit gets serious. All of cannon gets shoved into the future by a bit. (I just want these children to be older for the war :( )
Anyways the nomu!deku I have in mind is really honest to all things holy, fucked up. If I ever go any farther with this I would need to warn people.

I don't know all of the quirks he would have been injected with, but it for a fact, it would be a type of zombie quirk (Maybe regen?). His chest cavity is open, and he has no jaw at all. Boney figures and arms are a smidgen but bigger and furred. Satyr legs and a thumpy tail.
He would kind of look like a warden from minecraft- just a little bit, tho. And anyways, there would be a rescue for him before the doctor can fully pack him up.
So cannon wise, they would meet the doctor but would be unable to catch him. (Later, when season 6 happens, they recognize him and don't go through that flowery bullshit lol. Hizashi, of course, gets to punch the day lights out the scum).
Anyways this is just an idea that I had while reading a fiction, lol. Will probably doodle my idea for this nomu izuku. But yes, there would be parental aizawa.
And I got a few bitter sweet ideas with rodydeku.
Quick sketch and akward- but it works.
It doesn't show it, but you can see his heart through the ribcage, and it glows blue. Nomu!deku uses black whip as a way to cover his more disfigured parts. Kinda like muscles (that and there are bandages under black whip, don't want anything inside spilling outside).
All of his organs/muscles/bones beside the heart are black. Kinda like the kadaknath chicken breed, except his skin is still his original color.
The satyr legs are from a quirk called "Clydesdale" that basically gave the user shire horse aspects. The more broad animalistic parts are from a quirk called "Beastly" it gives the user more beastly aspects and is also fused with the "zombie" quirk.
The zombie quirk does act as regen, but it's very slow, and the user, while healing, they appear to rot even though they actually aren't.
There is a telepathic quirk. It also affects the appearance and is what makes his flesh black, the heart theums both blue and cyan when communicating with the quirk. Not anything op just something for him to talk with when he lost his jaw due to a fight with another nomu.
Doki Doki Cartoon Club AU! (A Cartoons in Danganronpa AU)
So, while watching one of Cheesy Bastards streams on YouTube, someone made a "CiDR but its Ddlc" comment. And everyone thought it sounds like fun. Even Cheesy (the creator of CiDR) got a little laugh out of it. And since the moment I saw that, I thought: Hey, it does sound like fun. I wonder if anyone is going to make an actual au out of-

So yeah, I spend the last month trying to figure everything out and here we are with sprite edits and some info about it.
Although I am proud of how the sprites turned out, there is still some stuff that I want to fix, so these are not completely done yet.
Let's start with the idea I had for this au.

So... You know in Danganrompa when you can play someone's free time event and get like a special hidden event out of it? Like.. When Rantaro painted Kaedes nails in V3 or when the D2 girls were baking together??
That's what I had in mind for this AU.
Dipper decides to spend his free time events with Gaz. This is like.. The 2nd or 3rd time by now. Gaz is playing her game, not wanting to be bothered, but Dipper feels uncomfortable in the silence between them and decides to somehow start a conversation. He asks her random questions, only getting short answers as Gaz gets more and more angry. (Which he is somehow oblivious to.) For the last question he asks: "So.. Did you find anything while investigating?" Gaz, who is about to punch him in the face, stops, gets up, and goes to a shelf in her ultimate lab to get a game from it. She says how this game is different from all of the other ones she has here, and hands it to Dipper.
Dipper turns it around, looks at the colorful pink cover, that has the title:
"Doki Doki Cartoon Club" written on it.
And yeah, that's a rough intro of what I had in mind. After that he basically plays the game in order to investigate it, because it might have some clues, who knows.
And now for the characters in the game itself, what are the ideas I have for them right now and why I even picked them.
Charlotte
-The only good options I had for Sayori were Bubbles, Mabel, Star and Charlotte. I can't choose Bubbles because Blossom already has her role set in stone, and I need all of them to just be friends. Since Dipper is playing the game, he is kind of the MC, so I think anyone with a sane mind would understand why it would be bad if Mabel would be seen as his love interest. And for Star.. Idk I just think Charlotte fits better than Star.
-Her personality is pretty much the same, since she's similar to Sayori.
Jenny
-Out of all of the girls.. She's kind of the most tsundere. She gets mad here and there... She has an ideal hairstyle for the role... Yeah.
-After a while of going to school, she noticed that the girls in her class like to bake and read manga. So she started to engage in those hobbies as well, to fit in with the rest.
-Not completely sure about her personality yet.
Gaz
-She's like.. The most serious girl out of all of the ones I got to choose from.. And she has purple hair, so that's a plus-
-Yuris books are replaced with video games. Yuris tea is probably replaced with soda.
-Not sure about her personality yet.
Blossom
-Do I need to explain anything? You can't look me in the eyes and tell me that she doesn't fit the role I gave her-
Her personality, her hair, her everything just fits-
-Gotta think more about her tho...
I'm not completely sure how the whole story will play out. And also not sure about the.. you know.. gore and scary stuff. They are just kids, I don't have the heart to do anything bad to them, so don't expect a full on massacre. More on that later. Oh and, one last thing. All of them have the dokis accessories, so that you can see who is who. Charlotte has Sayoris bow, Gaz Yuris hair clip... Etc. And I also paid attention to the socks and shoes, so-

Pixel sprites!
So yeah, I basically combined the official pixel sprites for CiDR with Ddlc danganronpa pixel sprites that I found. The credit for the ones I used is at the end of the post! I basically just edited them together. The only things I drew entirely by myself are Blossom's bow, Jenny's hairpin and ribbons and Gaz's hairpin.
These will pretty much stay the same I guess. There's nothing much I want to change, maybe just some details if I change my mind in the future.
Oh, aaand, here's some new and improved info about the au:

-The thing I talked about in the last post with the Gaz and Dipper special free time event thing still stands. There's only one difference about it, which is story relevant so I'm not gonna talk about it yet.
-Dipper goes to play the game on a weird arcade machine type thing, with a chair attached to it. Which... Is quite unusual. But oh well, what can you do. There are no other possible options.
-Gaz just eventually leaves the room once Dipper is distracted enough. She has no evil intentions, she just wants to play her own game in peace.
-Dipper plays the game and names the MC "Dipper".
-The game is way shorter than actual Ddlc. Which, conveniently, is actually relevant. (The first reason for this was because those special free time events were never really that long in DR itself but after some thinking I actually came up with another reason as well. Basically, there are two in total.)
-There are two main parts to the story in the game itself.
-In part one, all of the girls act like their normal, canon selves. Notable differences would be that Natsukis cupcakes are replaced with pizza that Jenny makes instead because Gaz likes it. Yuri's Tea is replaced with Gaz's soda and Yuri's love for books is replaced with Gaz's love for video games.
-Every single one of the girls has a reason why they even joined the club.
-The other CiDR characters are mentioned and seem to exist as well in the universe, but are never seen. Just mentioned.
-The club is actually called "Cartoon Club". Why that is the case is going to get explained. Plus, that also inidicates that the activities changed as well. They are not really.. Cartoon oriented though. It's more simple than it sounds, I just don't want to spoil the whole story.
-It's not really love oriented in the first part at all. It's more chill and just about friendship. No one really seems to show any interest for the MC.
-And in part two, uh... Things get..

Zero Day but Cal's bullet doesn't kill him but damages his vocal cords, he's discovered by the police and is charged guilty by insanity and sent to a mental institution. He can barely communicate to the cops and his doctors when questioned on his association with Zero Day and is basically forced to go with the thought that Andre manipulated him into doing it. He constantly has visions and nightmares of Andre's ghost, and he can barely get through the day without constant anxiety.
