The video begins with kaminari panning the camera angle at the sky that somewhat matched a flame pea he saw the other day. It was a cloudy evening, but regardless still pretty hot and radiant.
He lowers it abruptly to make it look at his feet on the heated sand that pushed out in-between the spaces between his toes whenever he clutched them, flashing the yellowish-orange sun in its perfect conclusion, and the spirited waves of the ocean mimicking the atmosphere's color.
Then, he shifts it at you.
The camera's excellence has a low-quality fuzziness which makes most things a little... Gray and 'wonky'. You, however, look just as glamorous either way.
You're wearing denim overalls with a single embroidery of the Mickey Mouse on the front pouch, and a white shirt underneath. The white flip-flops you bought at Macy's were abandoned, just like his. Except he couldn't remember where he got his. Maybe from a garage sale.
What he decided to wear ―or more like just randomly thrown on― was a plain amber poncho, Xanadu green polo shorts, and a similar green bucket hat. He also has a recent bandaid on his unharmed freckled nose, something to make him look cooler.
He would rather be playing Crash Bandicoot or Ace Attorney than recording the slowly progressing sunset clouds or burying his feet into the pleasant feeling of the sand. But, if you were going to be there you bet that he would take any alternative to spend time with you, even if you invited him to just watch something as boring as watching paint dry.
You begin to notice the lasting camera directed at your face and a surge of heat rushed from your neck up, stretching a broad flustered smile from those lips.
"Hey, stop recording me!" you squealed, reaching for the Sony Handycam then pointing it away from your face.
The video doesn't show, but he gives off the vastest smile ―revealing his dimples― and drapes an arm around your shoulders. Kaminari kisses the station where your head and neck joins then he ends the video recording, taking out the tape.
It's now 2021 and the both of you are now 36. The world isn't the same as it used to be; better camera quality, the same beach you both visited was filled with litter, and an alarming amount of stupidity spreading like a pandemic. Nonetheless, Kaminari, mature yet still as goofy as he was in his youth, never found his love for you to weaken but instead thrive over the years.
And he'll continue to feel this way for the next 19 years.

He felt a thud on his chest and his eyes bolted open. He knew exactly what it was, as that wasn't the first time.
You were tossing and turning, forehead glistening with sweat and lips quivering while you whimpered.
He called out your name softly, and caressed your cheeks trying as best as he could to wake you up genty.
The last couple of months have been hard on you to say the least, that incident took a piece of your soul with it and left a shell of what used to be you. You couldn't even recognize yourself anymore.
The constant nightmares are only a fragment of what you are forced to live through on a daily basis.
And what made things even worse was the feeling of guilt weighing on your shoulders. You felt like a useless burden to him, despite his endless reminders that you weren't. But how could you believe him when it was evident that you're the reason for his worries and his lack of proper slumber?
_ "y/n, open your eyes babe." He cooed, fingers still on your tear-wet cheeks.
Your whimpers slowly ceased as you could finally open your eyes and recognize your man's frightened ones.
_ "It was just a nightmare sweetheart, that's all. You're awake now and you're safe with me I promise."
Unfortunately, that didn't make you feel any better. You cursed yourself over and over for what you were doing to him. It wasn't something you could stop at the push of a button, that part was true, but you wished you could be a little stronger at least for his sake.
_ " I'm sorry for everything.. you don't deserve this.. you deserve better than me." Your tears kept flowing and there was no way to stop them.
He hates it the most when you speak that way, and he wished he could make you see just how much he loves you, and just how meaningless his life would be without you.
He pulled you off the mattress and straight into his chest: "I'm not going anywhere, I'm staying right here by your side, so please.. please stop pushing me away." You could clearly feel his trembling arms around you as he was desperately trying to reassure you.
You hated what you've become, even more so when it's affecting the person you love the most.
_ "But I'm hurting you, Hanta can't you see that you’re better off without me?" Frankly, you only needed more reassuring. You did believe the things you said, but you wanted him to tell you that in spite of all that, he wasn't going anywhere.
He lifted your chin up and kissed your puffy eyes, there was nothing you could say that would drive him away.
_ "Am I supposed to just let you go then? It's not your fault honey, you did nothing wrong. We will get through this together, you have my word." He spoke gently, like he always does.
And for the first time in a long time you allowed the tension to leave your body. You hugged him again and relaxed into his hold before muttering: "Please don't leave me."
Kaminari :
_ "Hello sunshine!" His cheerful voice sounded from the other end of the line, but all he could hear was your heavy breathing and your stifled sobs. His smile turned upside down as he knew precisely what was happening.
_ "Alright sweetheart try to calm down and tell me where you are, I'll come pick you up right now." He tried as much as he could not to sound frightened, but he was failing miserably.
Memories of the worst day of both your lives came rushing back. That incident that almost took you away from him left you with nothing but anxieties and repeated nightmares.
And as much as he was happy to have you back in his arms, he hated to see you struggling with the simplest tasks.
All kinds of dark thoughts traveled through his mind as he was nearing your location.
And there you were, sitting down in a dark alley, hugging your knees and shaking in fear.
His heart shattered at the sight but he had to be strong for you.
He approached you slowly and called out your name almost in a whisper: "Y/n, darling I'm here."
You lifted your head up and reached out for him without saying a word.
He came running towards and dropped to his knees in front of you.
_ "It's all good now, I got you." He dragged you slowly into his embrace and traced your spine gently before muttering against your temple: "Don't go anywhere I can't follow, please babe don't insist on doing this yourself."
He knows you've been trying to overcome your fears all by yourself, and with the professional treatment still in its first stages, things like that were bound to happen.
He just wishes you would stop seeing yourself as a burden and allow him to take care of you.
_ "Please, just keep holding me." You finally managed to speak, and he squeezed his arms even harder around your trembling frame.

— and it’s silent as he watches the deer jump and move around like it’s a normal animal

Crack AU idea because it's dark outside, I'm sick, I didn't sleep properly for the all week and I'm under a lot of stress for the few next days. In conclusion I live in denial of all my duties.
Crack MHA AU
The LOV wants to do a good impression and kidnapped a Yuei's kid. Unfortunately that was Denki and it's end up with him being friend with Toga and Twice. Tomura eventually kicks him out because if he heard them singing "baby shark" one more time he's gonna disintegrate himself.
But he continues to come back and it's become a sort of weekly meeting where they play video games and other stuffs. Doesn't mean Denki is the traitor, he just hangs out with the LOV.
Eventually the Bakusquad getting curious and discover the all thing. They're first chocked because they believe Denki betrayed them but the LOV are just like "No don't worry it's just our walking-vines-mental-health-support hero." The Bakusquad joins the party and this is how the "Saturday night of peace" is born. No more fights or moral issues just games and a lot of bad movies and unhealthy food. Toga, Mina and Denki chat while doing their nails. Bakugou, Spinner and Tomura trying to destroy each other at Mario Kart. Kirishima being supportive with everybody and Dabi and Sero maybe smoking weed but we have no proves.
Gradually all the class joined the group (because let's be real they're all fucking curious problem kids). And even the ex-rooftop squad. Maybe Hawks accidentally walks in one day and he's like "Shit wtf" but anyway he joins the party because it's fun.
I don't really know how the interactions of everybody would look like. But I want Izuku and Tomura (because I like the headcanon where AFO is Izuku's dad) + Dabi and Shoto act like chaotic siblings. Iida and Tomura bonding over their hate for Stain "I tried to kill him once. -Well once I tried to annihilate an entire city because he was in. -Truly inspirational." (and they throw peanuts at Spinner when he's being a fanboy about Stain). I want the rooftop squad being reunited (maybe Kurogiri can start remember things from Oboro and become a sort of mixed version of the two?) and act like: Aizawa and Kuroboro are wine moms ; Nemuri and Magne are the jin aunt and Hizashi the mojito dad. Twice and Toga perfectly fit the chaos of the class 1A. Hawks acting like an embarrassing big brother for Tokoyami.
Did I mentioned Min*ta doesn't existing ? Well he doesn't exist lmao. At his place there's just Shinsou who was a little confused at first but now roll with it.
Toga asking Mina advices for flirting with Uraraka. Yuuga and Sako still manage to look like fucking top models in this hovel.
During the second year of the now class 2A they arrived at this conclusion: AFO is a son of bitch, the Comission are fucking bastards so let's do our own thing. So they process to take down AFO and the actual government with the help of Nedzu who followed all the things since the beginning and always wanted to take down the government.
