Agreed, I started watching this show in 2020 and made my first tumblr account after the finale because I could not deal with all of this on my own and everyone here is so kind and sweet and truly is a family❤️

Maybe y‘all are just incredibly awesome people, maybe we just all stick together because of the collective trauma this show put us through.

it always surprises me in the best way how accepting the desticule is in regards to people coming into the fandom. i joined the fandom in march 2020 and i didn’t think i belonged because i was “late” to watching the show. i was so nervous since i wasn’t here since day 1, and yet, this fandom really is like a family. i know so many people who joined the fandom after nov 5 or after the show ended, and so many others who have been around for years. everyone is so accepted and welcomed here. i just think that’s special. whether you’ve been here 15 years or 15 days, you’re a part of this destiel family.
