Oooh, we’ve reached the first fairy type pokémon! Not that they were called fairy types back in Gen 1, they were normal types. I remember spending a ridiculously long time in Mt. Moon trying to catch a Clefairy, my over-training came back to bite me - my team were all too strong and I kept making it faint. I got one in the end though! The finished paintings go up in my shop when they’re ready, keep an eye out for your favourites!
The first fairy types! Not that Clefairy and Clefable were fairy types back in gen 1, it didn’t exist back then. They’re also the first nocturnal pokémon in this challenge! I have vivid memories of spending hours wandering Mt. Moon looking for a Clefairy, and then having to just throw pokéballs at it without weakening it at all because I’d over-trained my other pokémon. I got it in the end though! Did you know Clefable can walk on water? These two rare pokémon are now up in my shop with the others! (Except Metapod who has gone to a new home already!)

We were decorating baby bibs at @mijavera and @tomorobo 's baby shower today! Took awhile for me to figure out what to put on mine, but settled on this chubby little clefairy! It was a lot of fun! Hope Mija and Jode's future gamer daughter will enjoy getting her mashed peas and carrots on this.
Now is Clefairy’s turn for the fusion category and it paired me with Rufflet. And just a reminder that if a gen 1 pokemon doesn’t get a regional form I make them into a fusion instead by randomly generating the 2nd pokemon in japeal.com :) Just a friendly reminder and to let any new followers know.
