This took me six hours just to color. I colored the entire thing today. I literally only took breaks to eat and go to the bathroom. Send help.
Recently got into ffxiv, so here’s my wol, Axe Kid the plainsfolk lalafell warrior. Actual ten year old or unfortunately-named short woman? Who knows! Certainly not the Scions, but at this point they’re too afraid to ask and have to fire one of their best members.
I’ve been trying for 32 heat because I finally got to 16 on the rail the other day to unlock Skelly’s second mysterious object, and I thought, surely it won’t just be another statue of Skelly, right?
Surely the third statue shaped object won’t just be another statue of Skelly right? (No spoilers tho I want to suffer in real time)

I have my blog banner set as my phone Lock Screen, and my mom saw it and asked if I could send it to her so that she could set it to her Lock Screen and show her friends. For reasons I feel are apparent enough to remain unstated, I told her I’d draw something else, so voila.
If anyone knows what movie this was from, please tell me bc I sure as hell don’t.
I’m back in the states!!!!! I’ll go back to posting fanart soon, but for now, take some traditional drawings and doodles of some stuff I saw on vacation.

Got crunched for time around the end, but I’m pretty happy with my foreground and line technique, turned out alright.

Tried my hand at drawing again. It's been years since I had the inspiration to draw, but I was really feeling it yesterday. I did cheat a little by tracing over the general shape of an anime girl in a drawing how-to book I have, but the outfit, hair, and eye details are my doing.
I started by referencing the picture I traced to refine the details, then used inkpens for the outline. I smudged the eye a little but it's fine, I'm fine, I'm not mad about it. The hands turned out better than I expected.
Colored with colored pencils and shaded with graphite. Smudged the eye some more, but IT'S FINE.
The coloration was tough because the paper was kinda grainy, and I didn't wanna push too hard on the pencils. Overall I'm pretty happy with how she looks. It took a couple days from start to finish, but it was a lot of fun. Turns out art is fun, who could have guessed?
A chicken in a firework pattern coat. Drawn way back in early high school.
The character is Chinese (simplified) for Chicken, but I'm not sure if how accurate the shape of the lines and such are.
