Some art I did "in character" as Oswald. There was a description of a statue a famous archaeologist found that went missing after dying in a very horrifying way.

I tried to draw this as someone who had never heard of Lovecraftian horror. I feel it turned out well.

Some characters gained a level of madness looking at it. :D

If the whole point of Lovecraftian Horror is that humans are next to worthless in the grand schemes of the universe, how is it so easy for someone to read from a magic book and incur the wrath of an Elder God?

I mean if I were an Elder God on the other side of the cosmos and someone, who by comparison would be the size of a dust mite, tried to summon me, what the hell would I care? How would you even know they were pronouncing the words correctly? Who knows how many tendrils you need to get ‘fhtagen' right?

Just a thought.
