Surely I wasn't the only one who thought the song choice at the end might give us hope for the finale…Running on EMPTY.
***SPOILERS MENTIONED*** I found a odd parallel between Dean losing Cass and Chuck losing everything. At the end of 15x18 Dean is sitting there SOBBING! Not single man tear but sobbing because he lost everything when Cass was taken. In 15x19 when the boys drive off and leave Chuck alone and powerless he sobs…the show purposefully made sure we heard Chuck sobbing…several seconds of it. And it sounded alot like Dean's breathless sob. Because just like Dean, Chuck had nothing left…that was how much losing Cass affected Dean....Like a God losing it all. Talk about a profound bound.
And SOOOOO IT BEGINS!!!! Incest much?! Even Jensen and Jared had to realize how creepy that pose was! So gay incest is okay but just not Cass and Dean. lol. Whatever! They really should have called the finale this anyways since that is what it was all about. Cass deserves so much better…maybe it was better for him NOT to be around them in heaven!
