I tried a more textured brush for the coloring and it turned out really good in my opinion! What do you guys think?

I redrew Yuri! I didn’t like much how that turned out but I really enjoy the pose and outfit, so I ended up doing a pencil sketch and then doing lineart over it, because it much easier to make things look not wonky in traditional :’D I don’t do that often because its more work but it does improve things. I realized that some games/franchises like Undertale just *pops* into me from time to time instead of being something I watch/play/read everyday like Pokémon or Sonic (it also explains why you'll see these two getting edits from me way more frequently) and after the DDLC Plus! DLC it made me explore the game all again and just like my favorite interests it also made me feel inspired to do something about it. Anyway, here goes my doki wallpapers~

ITS THE ANNIVERSARY OF DDLC I NEED TO DRAW SMTH FOR IT RAHHHH‼️‼️
I know a lot of people hate/really dislike the MC in Doki Doki Literature Club (which is valid, do whatever/feel however you want about him) but I think it's fun to delve a bit deeper than "he's selfish & just wants to land a date with one of the girls"
He's not actively making decisions; he's a stand in for us, for the player. He has just as much control as Sayori, Yuri, & Natsuki, which is none at all. he doesn't choose who to talk to first or what to say, the player & the game itself push those decisions. He has to witness his best friend die over & over even if he doesn't realize it's happened before. Monika doesn't like him because he doesn't really exist.
She likes us. The player. A real person. MC is just a pawn, a distraction to keep her from getting out. He's so interesting to me because he has no actual character beyond the game's script, & it makes sense.
