Here is a convenient post you can show to convince skeptical people that the ask they are receiving is a scam. Should have done this with that sanguineposhrat asshole but I got impatient, that's partly on me:

If someone sent you this post, you likely needed convincing that you really were talking to a scammer. Now that you know better, kindly go to @el-shab-hussein 's blog, and choose a vetted fundraiser to donate to. If you are not planning on donating, reblog as many of the fundraisers he has posted as you can. Try to actually read and be familiar with what an actual Palestinian fundraiser looks like, so that you can differentiate the real ones from the scam ones. This is the LEAST amount of effort you can do for Palestinian families.

As a rule of thumb, don't reblog donation posts or people asking for donations unless they've been vetted and reblogged by Palestinian bloggers. We usually go to lengths to verify this shit because we know scammers have been faking to get people to send them money, using the urgency of our genocide as bait.
It's disgusting this is what we're dealing with, but people are losing money because of some truly evil people out there.
Accounts don't just randomly spring up on tumblr without gofundmes while asking for someone to help them create a campaign. Fuck out of here with that shit.
