SOME HEADCANONS
You’ve been waiting for this, I know.
1. For a start, Bright and Clef are close friends. Besides, what they are close friends, they are crushing everything around them friends. Items 38 and 117 from this list confirm that. Items 105 and 105.1 my favorite. You know that feel, when you bully each other with a friend, but you both know, what it’s just a joke and high form of friendship and trusting? And… Just read this. Seriously, I’m dead. Maybe, 05 specially ordered Jack to do it… Kinda: “Look what we made with your friend. How are you? :)” Maybe it’s the way how they take control of him. (btw I love item number 131 BECAUSE OF TF2) (BTW x2 love item 128 too bc of “Chief Defenestrator”)
2. HAVE YOU READ THIS? SCENE IN THE END SO CANON IDK WHAT ARE YOU IF YOU DISAGREE.
3. Okay, they not just friends. There Clef says: “You look good enough to fuck.” 100% what they fucked before. No, you can’t change my mind. Nope, no way.
4. “You may refer to me as Dr. Bright. No one calls me… that any more.” But Alto call him “Jack”. It’s a fact.
And now some headcanons without base or partly with it. A lot of people (imho) think what Bright trust his thoughts only for Glass. I can accept it, but… Jack worked longer with Alto and considering their close relationship I think what Bright open his soul exactly for Clef. Also, in second part of the Unfinished Business Glass noticed changes in Jack, but if Clef noticed it too? I mean, they work together a long time, so why not? And if not considering plot of story, Clef can worry about Bright??? Because he loses himself???????
I really have a lot of headcanons about Bright, but I don’t see any reason to write them. Because it’s enough to watch Neon Evangelion Genesis. Seriously, what if Duckman (I’m scared tag him) as if have watched NGE and thought: “Fuck, I want create the character as all of them!” (sorry IMHO). I can assume what indelicacy, irresponsibility and simplicity it’s just a mask what hide horrible darkness soul filled by a million other people’s thoughts, wrong thoughts, questions about himself and his existence.
While this is all that is in my head, perhaps I will still complement this post. I don’t know. I read too few stories to talk about anything more.
