If Deimos had a day completely free of responsibility, he probably would be in his room playing his old videogames for a couple of hours, before making himself a coffee smoothie and going for a walk (with his hoverskates, floating rollerskates) on whatever planet he is staying on. He would probably try to find something interesting but practical to do - like buying new gear he needs, practicing his shooting aim somewhere safe, or simply just unwind around town and then downloading some new books onto his tablet.
He would go back home to the space ship and probably just relax in bed watching a movie or reading a book or listening to music, unless someone else in the crew needs his help for something.
