I promise its not just angst

i’m calling it, espresso was either a reaper that gave up his business or had some sort of connection to the reapers, idk which but it’s interesting

Plot twist: espresso actually owes everyone 20 bucks that's why everyones after him

I feel like this one's slightly more chaotic than the actual story

Took me a moment to get all this together! But yeah, they haven't changed too much. Well, when this first meets the eye.

A few things I'll add here:

- I'll probably talk about their parents/guardians at some point (Wizard's parents especially). Their family/home lives are pretty different.

- Custard still dreams of being king. Considering his obvious lack of blood relatives, who knows how accurate an idea like that is.

- Clearly after the incident at the start of the story, the others will notice a sudden shift in Wizard's behavior.

- Even if it's for different class periods, they all (except Custard) have Espresso as a teacher.

- Chili does have a motorcycle. Considering her recklessness, it's a miracle she has her license. She does have road rage. Lots and lots of road rage.

- Gingerbrave is one of if not the best runner in his class.

My guess is that espresso evades death because he's "too busy to die"

I figured out that daily stuff might not work for me right now but here's some random moments from the story

(ignore the 1. in the fourth panel it bears no significance) (i should probably learn more about Toothpaste first)

ANYWAYS, some details (panels left to right):

- One of the first cases of Licorice's protectiveness

- the "Herb-and-the-Giant-Killer-Plant" story but Herb is actually worried--=--=-===-

- Healer Cookie Interaction (flower)

- Espresso gives his neighbor a terrifying glare

The comic creator takes no time at all, huh...

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Cookie Reapers AU!

I thought it would be fun to show you how the holidays have been going in general for the cookies this time around. I'm aware that not everybody is here, but I might have something up soon enough.

Also, if you have anything to ask or say about the holidays in the AU, I'd love to hear it in the inbox or suggestions! These questions, comments, and theories that I've read genuinely surprised me and made me laugh at times. I hope I can see a few more of these gems in the future, though you don't have to feel forced to say something.

First post on the Cookie Reapers AU in a WHILE (not too long, but not short, either)

(This has explanations for each, so heads up on whatever I say to explain them)

Okay, so I was figuring out how to put custom stuff on the cookie comic creator but then I realized that it only accepted a file format that I couldn't use for what I made. So here's some lovely little sprite edits with expressions I wanted:

The first of my attempts: what I like to call Espresso Cookie's "demon face." Not the best, but not bad, either. It's actually pretty close to what I wanted. Basically, when Espresso gets REALLY mad, he'll give this scary look instinctively to tell others to shut up or back off.

A very simple one. Just a little thinking or curious expression for Healer Cookie.

Okay, I won't give too much away with this one, but this would be reserved for scenes where things are about to get bad for him. Usually he leaves soon after this sprite would be used.

Lastly, but certainly not leastly, Wizard Cookie's "ill" state. The reason why he looks so pale and/or dull? Since it's not much of a spoiler, I'll just say that he'll look this way if his "little" problem isn't looked at by Licorice Cookie soon enough.

Yeah, y'all really deserve a long overdue scene from the actual story. After all, I don't think you guys got to see how some of our favorite cookies act in this au.
